摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling apparatus capable of largely contributing to the improvement of the environment of a cooking room. SOLUTION: This noodle boiling apparatus is constituted of a hot water tub 3 where hot water 4 is stored, a heating device for heating the hot water 4 inside the hot water tub 3, a hot water tub lid 13, and a boiling basket 17. The hot water tub lid 13 is provided with a plurality of holes 14 and a closing plate 16 energized so as to close the holes 14 at all times and to be opened downwards by external force, and is provided above the hot water 4. The boiling basket 17 is composed of a basket body 19 for holding noodles 18 to be boiled, which is provided with an outer diameter to be fitted to the hole 14 and is to be immersed in the hot water 4 inside the hot water tub 3, and a lid body 20 for opening and closing the upper surface opening of the basket body 19 and confining steam.
