    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the phase of a data signal transmitted to an input circuit of a control chip from an output circuit of a controlled chip to coincide with the phase of a synchronous signal supplied to the input circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a first controlled chip 110 and a control chip 120 laminated with it. The first controlled chip includes a first circuit 117 that outputs a data signal in response to a synchronous signal, an input/output circuit 118 that synchronizes the data signal with a delayed synchronous signal and output it to a data terminal, and a replica circuit 119 that is a circuit imitating an output circuit and that outputs a replica signal to a first replica terminal in synchronization with the delayed synchronous signal. The control chip includes a first control circuit 126 that outputs the synchronous signal and receives the data signal, a delay adjustment circuit 130 that delays the synchronous signal and outputs it as a delayed synchronous signal, a phase comparison circuit 128 that compares the phase of the replica signal with the phase of the synchronous signal, and a delay control circuit 129 that controls the delay amount of the delay adjustment circuit on the basis of the comparison result of the phase comparison circuit.
