    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way ratchet having an effect of further surely operating a ratchet and preventing the ratchet from easily sliding.SOLUTION: This one-way ratchet includes a body 11 including a first hole 13 and a second hole 14, a drive wheel 21, and a driven wheel 31. The drive wheel 21 is provided in the first hole 13. An interlocking part 23 for jointly rotating a rotating member 41 is formed at a central part of the drive wheel 21. A first tooth section 22 is provided around an outer peripheral surface of the drive wheel 21. The second hole 14 includes a shifting space 141 on one side facing to a drive direction. A stopper stage 142 formed by continuously arranging a plurality of small teeth is provided on a slant surface located at and facing the other side of the shifting space 141 of the second hole 14. The driven wheel 31 is provided in the second hole 14 of the body 11, and a second tooth section 32 for engagement with the first tooth section 22 and lock teeth 33 facing and engaged with the stopper stage 142 of the second hole 14 are provided around the outer peripheral surface thereof.

      SOLUTION: The efficiency is improved by accumulating the kinetic energy during the run, the kinetic energy from a ratchet on an inner end is accumulated as the input in a simple structure in which a ratchet device is provided on the inner and outer ends of a spiral spring. By detaching a claw of the ratchet at the outer end, the energy accumulated in the spiral spring from the ratchet at the outer end is taken out, and the kinetic energy in the same direction as the inputting direction can be taken out. Further, the safety of a spiral spring type energy conservation device is ensured by providing a constant force transmission joint on an input shaft.

A rotation controlling body 7 is further provided, which is movably stored in the guide passage, and abuts on the first projecting portion and the second projecting portion to control the rotation amount of the rotors.
