摘要： PURPOSE:To provide high thermal shock resistance in a cylinder having an inner tube constituted from a ceramic ring body and a metal body by integrating fins of the metal body with an outer body in casting. CONSTITUTION:An outer tube 2 is formed of a casting of melted meal around an inner tube 1 which is a laminated body of ceramic ring bodies 3 and metal bodies alternatively laminated. A portion of the metal projects further into the outside of the inner tube 1 to form a kind of fin 5 for the inner tube. This fin is integrated with melted metal in the casting of the melted metal and gaps between the fins are filled with melted metal. Thus, this structure can resist sufficiently hard thermal shock.
