    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a loss time when a hand is replaced in multiple item small-scale production or mixed flow production by providing a module releasing device provided with a releasing coil by which a magnetic flux magnetically connected to a magnetic flux generated by means of a magnetic flux generating means is generated so as to control magnetic attraction force. SOLUTION: A connecting action is carried out while magnetic attraction force between the first and second connecting members is eliminated by using a releasing coil 20 in a module releasing device 400. Therefore, a problem such as difficulty in connecting work due to very intensive impact force generated when the second connecting member 5 is brought into contact with the first connecting member 4 because magnetic attraction force between the first and the second connecting members 4, 5 is increased as the second connecting member 5 is brought closer to the first connecting member 4. In disassembly of a robot, working drive mechanism modules 4, 5 are separated from each other while the magnetic attraction force between the first and second connecting members is eliminated by the releasing coil 20 similarly to the connecting time.
