    • PURPOSE:To exactly cut off a steel pipe sheet pile by a method in which high- pressure water is supplied into the water jet nozzle of a cutter fixed to the inside of a steel pipe sheet pile and jetted, and the nozzle holder is turned toward toward the circumferential direction of the steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:In cutting off a steel pipe sheet pile 1 driven into the ground under water at a given level, a cutter is hung down to a given cutting position in the sheet pile 1. A pressing part 11 is contacted with the inner wall (a) by an oil-pressure device 12 to fix the cutter B. The motor 25 of a vertically mov able driver 5 is operated, and the screw shaft 24 is turned to regulate the height of a nozzle holder 3. Afterwards, high-pressure water is supplied to water jet nozzles 6a and 6b through a supplyer 7 and jetted, and the motor 19 of a rotary driver 4 is driven to turn the nozzle holder 3, thereby cutting off the sheet pile by the water jet in the circumferential direction of the steel pipe.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform the cutting work efficiently and precisely, by performing the level adjusting as fixing a cutting device main body to the inner wall of a sheet pile main pipe, and cutting the sheet pile main pipe and a joint part with a disc cutter and a water jet nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A cutting device (alpha) is brought down as it is suspended, to the preset position where a sheet pile main pipe A should be cut, each of contacting members 16 of holding units 2 is pressed against the inner wall (a) of the main pipe A, and this device (alpha) is fixed to the inner wall (a). In this situation, the position of a cutter is adjusted through slidingly bringing up/down a cylindrical body 6 and a nozzle holding body 9 relatively to a horizon tally moving body 5. Next, a disc cutter 8 is made rotatingly cut into the inner wall of the main pipe A, revolved through rotating a rotor 3 with a rotation driving unit 4, and the main pipe A is cut along the circumferential direction. Moreover, to cut a part of joint with a water jet nozzle 11, the cutter 8 and the nozzle 11 are shifted upward/downward. After that, the nozzle main body is moved back/forth by a cylinder unit 12, and the joint part is cut as spouting high-pressure water from a nozzle opening.
