    • PURPOSE:To reduce reflective light coming from a meshed electrode so as to prevent flare by piling a metallic film and a transparent conductive film in order on the meshed electrode so as to form a film preventive of reflection for the light within an operation wavelength band. CONSTITUTION:A metallic film 10 and a transparent conductive film 11 are piled in order on a meshed electrode 8 so as to form a film preventive of reflection for the light within an operation wavelength bend. For example, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum, and the like are used as the metallic film 10, and ITO, NESA, and the like are used as the transparent conductive film 11. Since the film preventive of reflection is formed to utilize an effect of interference between the transparent conductive film 11 and the metallic film 10, reflective light from the meshed electrode 8 to the photoelectric conversion film 3 is much reduced and so the prevention of flare can be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the use of the titled television camera even in high radiation environment of >=2X10 R/H by using a photoconductive film made of a composite layer composed of a porous film formed by vapor deposition of antimony trisulfide in an inert gas and fine film formed by vapor deposition in a high vacuum and using quartz glass for substrate glass of a color filter. CONSTITUTION:The quartz glass 11 is used as the substrate glass of the color filter 12 and a thin quartz glass sheet 14 is adhered to the color filter 12 by a UV-curing adhesive agent 13. The quartz glass which does not generate the coloration by the radiation to about 10 R integrated dose is used for the substrate glass 11 and the thin glass sheet 14. A transparent conductive film 15 consisting of indium oxide to constitute a transparent electrode and a photoconductive film target 16 made of the composite layer composed of the porous film formed by the vapor deposition of the antimony trisulfide (Sb2O3) in the inert gas and the fine film formed by the vapor deposition in the vacuum are attached thereto. The use of the television camera under the high radiation of >=2X10 R/H is thereby permitted and the generation of noise which is of problem in practicable use is obviated as well.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the black level compensation of an image pickup device by arranging bias lighting elements outside the image pickup device and forming a meshed electrode for deviating static electricity on the inner surface of the tube. CONSTITUTION:Bias light emitted from bias lighting members 2 disposed outside an image pickup tube 1 can be radiated on a photoconductive target 5 through a glass bulb 3 and respective minute holes 9 of deviation electrodes 6a-6d. And a mask for masking the outside of scanning area on the surface of the photoconductive target 5 and interrupting incident light to an object is provided and subjected to over-scanning. With the above arrangement, the signal current of only light from each of the bias lighting members 2 can be taken out so that the compensation of a black level may be sequentially accomplished. Further, as the members 2 are attached outside, their installation and replacement can be made freely.
