摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floor heating effect in the winter season and a floor cooling effect in the summer season by arranging a heat source in such a way that the source forms a prescribed route on the surface of a slab having a waterproofing surface and covering the whole body of the heat source with a water-permeable concrete surface layer. SOLUTION: After a water proofing layer 2 is formed on slab concrete 1, retaining concrete 3 is placed on the layer 2 so as to closely adhere the layer 2 to the slab concrete 1. Then a drainage ditch 12 is formed at the wall-side end section 3a of the concrete 3 and, at the same time, a water-permeable concrete surface layer 11 is constructed on the retaining concrete 3. Then a waterproofing protective sheet 5 is spread on the boundary between the surface layer 11 and concrete 3, and a circulating pipeline 13 is laid at prescribed intervals in the surface layer 11 so that an antifreeze solution may be circulated through the pipeline 13 as a heating medium.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the easy removal of a flooring material when the removal is necessitated upon remodeling works and the like by a method wherein the flooring material is bonded to a heat generating panel, in which a hot-water pipe or a heating wire is buried, employing a double-side adhesive tape. SOLUTION: A floor heating device is constituted of a heat generating panel 2, in which a hot-water pipe 1 is buried, and a flooring material 3, laid on the upper surface of the heat generating panel 2, while the flooring material 3 is bonded to the heat generating panel 2 employing a double-side adhesive tape 4. According to this method, a pressure sensitive bonding material, such as the double-side adhesive tape 4, will not be solidified different from a normal bonding agent employing a thermosetting resin even when a time has elapsed whereby the adhesive agent can be separated simply by applying a slightly strong force even when the agent is bonded once in a case when it is needed by a user or when the necessity of separating and re-bonding is generated for the sake of inspection, repairing or the like whereby the inspection or the repairing of the heat generating panel 2 can be effected easily.

Furthermore, this is provided with a temperature sensor 19 which detects the temperature of the hot water, and a circulation control means 18 which controls the circulation pump to be driven in case that the detected temperature of the hot water is at or above a certain temperature. As a result the comfortableness is raised by warming the bathroom or the dressing room from the foot of the user merely by laying the hot water mat 9 in the bathroom or the dressing room and installing the cast-in hose in the bathroom 2.

SOLUTION: Pipe grooves 15 of two rows are uniformly formed in the lengthwise direction over a cross section on a surface material 11, and the fixing edges 14 where the surface material 11 is extended on the same plane are formed in left and right edge parts. A back face material 13 is composed of a sheet-like material, and the surface material 11 and the back face material 13 are fixed together by plastic foam of a core material 12, and are formed as a floor heating panel 61. The floor heating panel 61 is fixed between floor joists 58 by a fixing tool such as a nail, and a heat source pipe 60 is laid, and it is finished by a floor finishing material 51. Therefore, since the pipe can be laid at a job site by forming plural pipe grooves on the surface material, it can flexibly coper with an execution work condition. The fixing edges to be fixed to the floor joists are provided in both edge parts, and since they can be executed between the floor joists, an execution work period can be shortened.
