    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst-carrying microreactor which enables reactive molecules in a reacting solution to efficiently react and controls the progress of the reaction to selectively get an aimed reactant. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst-carrying microreactor, which is formed with a light-transmittable material, is provided with; a reactor having a micro reacting flow channel through which a reacting solution containing a reactive substrate A and a reactive molecule B passes; a photocatalyst-carried membrane which is formed in the reacting flow channel; and a light irradiation device which irradiates the surface of the photocatalyst-carrying membrane with light. In the photocatalytic reaction of the reactive substrate A and reactive molecules B, the reactive molecule B generates an intermediate product C, and then the reactive substrate A reacts with the intermediate product C to give an objective reactant D. A relation among a concentration of the reactive substrate A, a specific area of the photocatalyst-carrying membrane and a photocatalyst-carrying area of the reacting flow channel is set so that the reacting solution may get out of the photocatalyst-carrying area before the objective reactant D additionally reacts with the intermediate product C to give a by-product.
