    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a constructing cost by providing an air exhausting passage nearly perpendicularly and exhausting flow-in air directly to the atmosphere in a vertical air duct for allowing a falling parachuter to float in the air by a simulated wind speed at the time of training parachute fall, so as to miniaturize the upper structure of a wind duct device at the time of installing the device in a local area of loose noise regulation. SOLUTION: A space between an outer cylinder 1 and an inner cylinder 2 are made as an air feeding passage 5, this passage 5 is connected to a blowing passage 6, the upper part of the passage 6 is made as a floating room 7 for executing the state of simulating a free fall and the air exhausted passage 8 with a freely opened and closed roof 15 is connected to the upper part of the room 7. Then, air is sucked from the air intake 9 of the feeding passage 5 and made to flow into the blowing passage 6 to allow a blower 11 to accelerate the speed of sucked air to the degree of 70m/s, e.g. so as to float a floating person in the room 7. A honeycomb for rectifying 12 is provided on the exist side of this blower 11. On the other hand, a net 13 for preventing the falling of the floating person is spread double at the exit of the passage 6 and a net 14 for preventing sucking is spread at the apex part of the room 7 to protect the floating person.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind tunnel device capable of performing practice for a cross wind in skydiving or the like as well by installing a mechanism capable of generating an air flow provided with the component of the cross wind in a test part in the wind tunnel device used for leisure such as the skydiving or the like for which a jetting port is installed to jet the air flow from down to up. SOLUTION: This wind tunnel device for the skydiving is composed of a blower 1, a conductor 4 for guiding the air flow to a nozzle 2, the nozzle 2 installed so as to accelerate the air flow accompanying the reduction of an area in a reduction flow passage and to jet the air flow upwards, the test part 3 for shielding gas jetted through the nozzle 2 from the outside air and performing the practice of the skydiving and an exhaust system. The centers of plural louvers 10 for changing the angle of the flowing direction of the air flow are installed to the nozzle 2 in a rotatable state and the lower ends or upper ends of the plural louvers 10 are connected by a louver connection material 11. The louver connection material 11 moves the louvers 10 by a hydraulic driving mechanism.
