摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure that a feedstock rubber can be plasticized and cut finely in a short time by shearing force by adjusting an intra-container temperature to a specified temperature level when finely cutting a mixture of feedstock rubber and a blending agent in the container of a fine-cutting device using a high-speed cutter. CONSTITUTION:A feedstock rubber 3 and a blending agent such as carbon or tile are charged into the container 1 of a fine-cutting device through a charging port 2, and the mixture is cut finely at a high speed by a cutter 7 provided on the rotary shaft 6 of a motor 5. The internal temperature of the container 1 is formed by circulating a hot water at 50 to 150 deg.C into a jacket 9 from a water heater 10, injecting a hot air at 50 to 150 deg.C from a gan 11 through a hot blast blower. The hot air passing through the interior of the container is discharged from a bag filter 13. The internal temperature is detected by a thermocouple 14 and maintained at 50 to 150 deg.C by turning a hot blast blower 12 ON/OFF under the control of a control part 15. Consequently, the feedstock rubber is plasticized at a high temperature so that the fine-cutting of the rubber is accelerated, thus enabling the grain of the cut rubber to reach its objective particle diameter in a short time.

The change-over valve 17 is generally constituted so as to be communicated with a change-over valve 9 and the floating weight 3 lets air in the piston rod side pass to the change-over valve 17 and the change-over valve 9 and descends downwardly, but, if a limit switch 21 for detecting a position just before the lower descending limit is operated, the change- over valve 17 is changed and exhausted air is sent into the air bottle 18 to lower the floating weight 3 as well as to gradually increase the internal pressure of the air bottle 18.
