      SOLUTION: The hybrid bank 10 using steel materials mixed with cutting materials and stone materials has: a frame body 11 made of steel, having ridge line parts formed of the steel materials and opening the periphery; first and second net members 12 and 13 horizontally arranged in intermediate positions in the vertical directions and bottom position of the frame body 11 made of the steel, respectively; the cutting materials 15 composed of either or both of wood and bamboo arranged side by side with a gap between the first and the second net members 12; and 13 and the plurality of stone materials 16 housed in the upper part of the first net member 12. The hybrid bank is installed in the bottom of rivers or lakes and marshes to multiply, protect and rear the various aquatic organisms.
