    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer common mode filter capable of suppressing occurrence of a crack while securing magnetic coupling between coil conductors. SOLUTION: In this multilayer common mode filter 1, magnetic layers 35 are formed in an inside region R1 of spiral first coil conductor 31 and second coil conductor 34, whereby magnetic coupling between the first coil conductor 31 and the second coil conductor 34 can be secured. In a columnar part P1 including the magnetic layers 35, magnetic bodies and nonmagnetic bodies are alternately arranged in the lamination direction, whereby the volumes of the magnetic layers 35 in the inside region R1 are reduced as a whole relative to the case where the magnetic layers 35 penetrate the inside region R1. As a result, the difference of the amount of contraction between the nonmagnetic layer 11 and the magnetic layer 35 can be restrained upon baking an element 2, and occurrence of a crack in an interface can be suppressed.
