Each of the plurality of processing units includes a CPU which controls operations, the CPU creates operation history logs based on situations of the operations to be output as operation history log files. The maintenance unit includes a storage medium and a maintenance control part, and manages the operation history log files from the plurality of processing units. The storage medium records the operation history log files. The maintenance control part controls recording of the operation history log files in the storage medium, when there is no free space in the storage medium, deletes the oldest operation history log file, and writes an operation history log file in a vacant part after deletion.
