    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost hot water supply apparatus capable of utilizing the existing hot water tank by avoiding a risk of running out of hot water without attaching a temperature detector and the like to the hot water tank.SOLUTION: A hot water supply apparatus is operated in such a manner that: water temperature is detected by a thermostat 21, the water flowing into a heat pump unit 2A which heats up water flowing therein from a hot water tank and returns the water to the hot water tank; operation of the heat pump unit 2A is stopped when the water is heated up to a predetermined temperature or more; and the heat pump unit 2A is turned on after a predetermined time has passed (for example, 6 hours) after stopping the operation of the heat pump unit 2A. By setting an operation interval of the heat pump unit 2A appropriately, a risk of running out of hot water can be avoided without attaching a temperature detector and the like to the hot water tank.

By generating the microbubbles in the microbubble generator 16 while circulating the bath water through the circulation flow path 15, the microbubbles are supplied to the bathtub.

SOLUTION: The heat pump type hot water supply device includes: a refrigerating cycle wherein a compressor 1, a four-way valve 2 changing the flow direction of a refrigerant, a water heat exchanger 3 by which heat exchange is carried out between the refrigerant and water, an expansion valve 4 regulating a flow rate of the refrigerant to reduce a pressure, and an air heat exchanger 5 by which heat exchange is carried out between air and the refrigerant are sequentially connected via piping; a water circuit wherein the water heat exchanger 3, a hot water tank 7 storing water heated by the water heat exchanger 3, and a pump 11 are sequentially connected; and a three-way valve 12 arranged between the pump 11 and the water heat exchanger 3 so that the water circuit runs to an air heat exchanger lower path 5a to return to the water heat exchanger 3. The heat pump type hot water supply device also includes a control part, by which the three-way valve 12 of the water circuit is switched to make high-temperature water in the water storage tank flow to the air heat exchanger lower path 5a in defrosting operation.
