Thereby the cycle time is shortened and contact time of a Pt catalyst with a material incompatible with the catalyst is shortened, preventing the catalyst from deteriorating its activity before molding.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent separation of composition ingredients due to the stoppage of circulation of holiday by interposing a static mixer into the circulation system of a reactive injection material in which a tank having an agitation blade, a pressure feed pump and an injection head are interposed in the course of a circulation pipe. CONSTITUTION:A circulation pipe 8 is connected to the bottom 5 and the upper side 6 of a tank 4 equipped an agitation blade 3 inside to form a circulation system path 7. A pressure feed pump 9, a high/low pressure switch valve 10 and a static mixer 11 are interposed in series to the course of the system path 7 from the bottom 5. The static mixer 11 is formed with a known proper pipeline in which a 4-stage cross blade 11 is mounted. A pair of pipes 13 and 13' are connected in parallel to the circulation pipe 8 across the high/low switch valve 10 and injection heads 14 and 14' are connected to the tips thereof while an injection pressure adjusting valve 15 is interposed in the course thereof to form an injection system path.
