    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tilting operation by arranging a bar member in the tilting direction of a column shaft, and constituting an oblong hole formed at the upper part of the bar member, and a tilting bracket fixed to a column shaft, in such a way as to be selectively put in a fixed state and a fixing released state by the operation of a locking lever. SOLUTION: When a locking lever 13 in a tilting device 1 is operated into a lock position (a), a protruding key part 29 protrusively provided on the end face side of a base boss part 14 of the lever 13 is not fitted into an oblong hole part 9 of a bar member 8, so that the top face of the protruding key part 29 is brought into pressure contact with the relative outer end face of the bar member 8 by the spring force of a disc spring 17. Large frictional force therefore acts between the relative opposed faces of the bar member 8 and a tilting bracket 12, and a column shaft 6 is locked into a required tilt angle position. When the locking lever 13 is then operated into an unlock position on the rear side to fit the protruding key part 29 into the inner width edge part of the oblong hole 9 of the bar member 8, the column shaft 6 can be tilted and adjusted.

SOLUTION: A battery driven working machine is composed of a motor 32 electrically driving by power from a battery 2, a hydraulic pump 4 driven by the motor 3, a plurality of hydraulic motors 12b and the like driven by hydraulic oil fed from the pump 4, working members associated with the hydraulic motors 12b and the like, a control means 5 for operating the working members, supply and return pipe lines for circulating hydraulic oil from an oil tank under operation of the pump 4, and a returns oil manifold for merging hydraulic oil having not been fed into the hydraulic motors 12b and the like so as to return the same into the oil tank. In this arrangement, a differential pressure meter for detecting a flow rate of hydraulic oil in the return oil manifold is provided. Thus, a control means controls the power to the motor 3 in an inverse proportion to a flow rate detected by the differential pressure meter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no fluctuation of travel speed even in case of operaing a dozer cylinder while making a construction machine travel by providing a flow dividing valve having selector valves in a traveling motor feed oil passage position of a hydraulic circuit of a construction machine provided with a dozer cylinder and in a flow dividing oil passage position to traveling motors and the dozer cylinder. SOLUTION: In case of performing dozer work, a switch is operated on in advance. When a hydraulic remote-controlled valve 49 for a dozer is operated at the time of a travel skate, a dozer selector valve 19' is put in switching operation, and a relatively small flow quantity of pressure oil led out of a dozer cylinder output port 62 of a flow dividing valve 44 flows out to a dozer cylinder 5' to actuate an earth discharge plate 26. In this case, since oil pressure is supplied to traveling motors 6L, 6R from traveling motor output ports 56L, 56R of the flow dividing valve 44, fluctuation of travel speed is not generated even with actuation/stop operation of the dozer cylinder 5' during the travel of a hydraulic shovel.
