The compressor is thereby con trolled by ON and OFF so as to keep the area X at a specified temperature all the time. With this arrangement the temperature of the area in a room where comfortableness is most required can be controlled with emphasis placed on most comfortable temperature.

CONSTITUTION:A lid 20 is formed with a lid side electrode 15 and a pan side electrode 16 is formed at a position at an inner side surface of the ice making pan 10, slightly lower than an upper edge of a partition 13 and where ice blocks are not continuously formed. During water feeding operation a rectangular wave is inputted to a lid side electrode 15a by an AC signal generating device 24 and then water is guided to the ice making pan 10 by a water supplying pump through a water supplying port 10a. As water supplying is promoted and a water level reaches a position of the pan side electrode 16, a capacitor is formed between the lid side electrode 15 and water surface, a differential wave-from is detected by a signal sensing device 25 and then the most appropriate ice making water level within the ice making pan 10 is detected. Water volume in the ice making pan 10 is unified for each of small segments by water communication grooves of a partion 13 to have the most appropriate water level and then the water supplying pump 5 is stopped through a water supplying pump control device 26.

    • PURPOSE:To cook many kind of dishes in menu with the automatic cooking key by halting the operation of a circulation fan when it has reached a setting temperature in a heating chamber, judging the type of a cooked article based on the output of a gas sensor at that time, and driving a fan accordingly so as to heat the food. CONSTITUTION:A selection key 23 is used to drive an oven fan 16 and a heater 18. The fan 16 and the heater 18 come to a halt at that time when a temperature sensor 25 reaches a preheating temperature. In T seconds, the value V10 of a gas sensor is detected. A cake material 1 is mounted on a heating base 3, when a start key is depressed to start heating. When the temperature sensor 25 detects ta, the fan 16 and the heater 18 come to a halt again. In T seconds, the value of the sensor 15 Vta is detected where V=V1a/Vto is computed. When it is V>=x, it is judged to be a bound cake or a sponge cake with a small surface area where heating is continued at an additional higher temperature. This construction makes it possible to control heating/cooking with higher accuracy with a single key, responding to the type of food.

A signal processing part 13 derives a temperature of hair, based on an output from the infrared-ray sensor 5 and controls the electric conduction of the heater 7 through a heater current control part 15, based on its result, and a comparator 17 compares an output from the infrared-ray sensor 5 and a set reference voltage V0 corresponding to a heating limit temperature T0 of hair, and when the former is below the latter, a triode AC switch 19 for constituting the heater current control part 15 is set to a conducting state, and when the former is above the latter, the triode AC switch 19 is set to a non-conducting state. Accordingly, comparing with a conventional dryer, drying can be executed at the heating limit temperature T0 or below, therefore, a pain of hair caused by overheating can be suppressed.

Electric power is supplied from the circuit part 10 to the circuit part 20 without connection of electric signal conductor, which are used as power source for electric and electronic components installed in the tub 5. For example, a solenoid valve used as the drain valve is controlled to open and close by driving circuit using power source. Electric power needed for driving the required sensor and drain valve, etc., is several hundreds miliwatts for each, and such value of power can be supplied easily by the power supply means.

CONSTITUTION:A control part 25 brings the lower heater 3, a motor 11, a fan heater 43, a fan motor 47 and a chopper to driving control, based on a result of detection from a gas detecting means 23 and a temperature detecting means 27. In a baking process after molding and fermentation, a state deciding part 29 starts to bake in a state that a temperature of the lower heater 3 is maintained and controlled at a prescribed baking temperature. Immediately after the start, gas concentration drops once, therefore, a first minimum value VA at this time is derived. Thereafter, the state deciding part 29 starts to drive the fan heater 43 and the fan motor 47 and detects gas concentration VB (maximum value) in a container 1 at that time. Thereafter, the gas concentration drops again, therefore, a second minimum value VC at this time is derived. The state deciding part 29 calculates a difference of both of them, and when it exceeds a set value Vx, the baking time is set to 60 minutes, and when it does not exceed, the baking time is adjusted to 65 minutes, and the subsequent baking is brought to continuous control.
