摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet which can easily biologically be decomposed in natural environments and has high conductivity and excellent mechanical property such as rigidity and toughness and to provide a biodegradable carrier tape by using such a sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet is made of a composition containing 100 pts.wt. of aliphatic polyester resin, 5-50 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, and 3-30 pts.wt. of a conductive filler. The aliphatic polyester resin consists of (A) polylactic acid base resin and (B) polyalkylalkanolate base resin containing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or its derivative and glycol as a constitutive unit in (A)/(B) by wt. ratio = (99/1)-(20/80) (A+B=100).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold excellent heat-sealing properties without deteriorating physical properties even at the time of increasing the amount of addition of a filler for reducing the cost of a packaging bag by adding the specific amount of a surface-treated filler to a biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin. SOLUTION: In producing a packaging bag whose cost is reduced by adding a filler to a biodegradable resin, 10-150 pts.wt. of a surface-treated filler is added to 100 pts.wt. of a biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin. This filler is prepared by surface-treating at least one kind selected from among calcium carbonate, clay, talc, aluminum hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide with at least one kind selected from among a titanate coupling agent, an aluminum coupling agent, and acetylene glycol or its derivatives. Alternatively, it may also be any one or the like prepared by surface-treating at least one kind selected from among silica, ceramic balloons, glass balloons, and glass beads with an epoxy silane coupling agent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of a material quality and keep the function as a CD tray even when the cost in reduced by increase of the adding volume of a filler, by adding the filler for the surface treatment against the weight part of a specified numerical value in a biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin. SOLUTION: A filler for the surface treatment is added in accordance with a necessary characteristic within a range of 10-150 pts.wt. in a biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin of 100 pts.wt. for a biodegradable resin CD tray. The effect for viscosity adjustment, fluidity, adhesiveness, and strength is small in less weight than 10 pts.wt. and it is not practical because of the high viscosity when the filler is more than 150 pts.wt. The biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin includes a polycondensate of a polycarboxylic acid and an anhydride thereof with a polyhydric alcohol. These substances are used individually or as a mixture of two or more kinds. The filler includes inorganic materials like calcium carbonate, aluminium hydroxide. clay, talc, magnesium hydroxide, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve air tightness of a polyvinyl alcohol sheet with a tile and to prevent a concrete paste from turning around. CONSTITUTION:A PVA sheet 2 is obtd. by means of melt extrusion molding. Then, vacuum molding is performed by using a female mold to obtain a covering member 1 for a PC sheet processed into a tile shape. Then, after a tile 4 is placed in a frame 5 for the PC sheet and the covering member l for the PC sheet, a concrete 6 made of a fast-curable Portland cement is poured therein and it is dried and cured to obtain the PC sheet with a prefixed tile. Then, the frame 5 for the PC sheet is dismounted and the covering member 1 for the PC sheet is removed while it is dissolved with warm water to find that the surface of the tile 4 is hardly adhered with cement. At least two-fold productivity in comparison with the conventional system can be obtd. by using the covering member for the PC sheet consisting of the polyvinyl alcohol sheet processed in a tile shape. In addition, it makes finishing of the tile surface after curing of the concrete unnecessary.
