摘要： PURPOSE:To adopt the optimum dewax treating time and to obtain a good sintered body by arranging a detector for temp. in a furnace, detector for pressure of dewax gas, etc., and enabling comparison between variation of the furnace temp. and variation of dewax gas pressure. CONSTITUTION:This dewax monitor device is composed of the detector 30 for the temp in the furnace, the detector 40 for dewax gas pressure and a comparing means 64. This means 64 compares variations of the temp. and the pressure given with the detected results of the above detectors 30, 40. The above temp. detector 30 measures the temp. in the furnace around a tight box 20 arranged in the inner part of a furnace shell 10 connected with a carrier gas supplying tube 12. Further, the above pressure detector 40 is arranged on the way of dewax gas exhaust tube 21 as a passage exhausting dewax gas generated from a material (a) to be treated, which is charged in the above box 20, together with carrier gas 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a temp. sensor by solving such a problem that the measurement of temp. is obstructed by the contamination of the light receiving end of an optical fiber, by mounting a cap to the leading end part of the optical fiber in a detachable manner so as to be capable of covering the light receiving end thereof. CONSTITUTION:The lining of a heat insulating material 2b is applied to the inner surface of the furnace shell 2a in a vacuum heat treatment furnace 1 and the temp. in the furnace is raised under heating by a heater 3. An optical fiber type temp. sensor comprising a combination of an optical fiber 4, a wavelength selection filter 5 and a light receiving part 6 is provided to the treatment furnace 1. The fiber 4 of this sensor is pierced through the furnace shell 2a and the heat insulating material 2b to be inserted in the temp. measuring atmosphere within the furnace and a detachable cap 9 is mounted to the leading end part 4A thereof so as to cover the same. The light receiving element 6a of the light receiving part 6 is connected to the terminal of the fiber 4 extending to the outside of the furnace 1 through a filter 5. The light transmitted by the fiber 4 is amplified by an amplifier 7 and measured temp. is displayed on a meter and the impossibility of temp. measurement due to the contamination of the leading end part 4A of the fiber 4 is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify mechanism by constituting a cooling fan starter in such a manner that a gas introducing port for introducing a refrigerant gas is provided in the rotating direction of a cooling fan so as to face the cooling fan. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum gas hardening furnace is set with a treating material A in a treatment chamber 2 and the inside of the furnace is evacuated to a vacuum through a discharge pipe 10. After the treating material is heated to the prescribed hardening temp. by a heater 5 for heating, the refrigerant gas is introduced through the furnace into the gas introducing pipe 11 and is circulated by the cooling fan 3 in the furnace by which the treating material A is quickly cooled. The top ends 11a, 11b of the gas introducing pipe 11 for introducing the refrigerant gas into the furnace are provided in the rotating direction of the cooling fan 3 so as to face the cooling fan 3. A motor 7 is turned on to run after the cooling fan 3 is started by the refrigerant gas.
