摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically and efficiently objects to be sorted with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This automatic sorting machine moves block members 34 on a downward grading planar sorting plate 40 by a belt mechanism to roll rods. Hook bodies 38 projected with pushing up members 35 to the front side in a transporting direction are formed at the ends of these block members 34 and are interlocked to the block members 34. These pushing up members 35 pass the inside of recessed parts formed at the sorting plate 40 and push out the rods closing openings 41 from the side lower than the front surface of the sorting plate 40. The rods are rolled down on the sorting plate 40 and are moved in precedence to the pushing up members 35.

SOLUTION: When a nozzle arm integrated to each rack is fitted to a circulating line 13, a switch in a rack detecting mechanism 35 is turned on. When a jet rack is loaded into the lower section, by action of a magnet 37 fitted to the rack, a lead switch 36 is turned on. A control part calculates the number of loaded racks by these detection signals, and frequency corresponding to it is set in an invertor control part for driving a pump motor. In this way, when total area of jet holes is large, the revolution of the pump motor of a circulating pump 12 is increased to increase suction.discharge force, and thereby high jetting pressure is maintained.

When the belt 31 is driven, the vertical part 31a facing to the storage part 20 rises to take out rods one by one. The rods are fed on a sorting plate 40 by the belt 31 to fall from openings 41 having dimensions corresponding to the rods to be sorted. Since guide members 36, 37, 38 are provided, the rods can be certainly fed. Therefore, a plurality of rods do not overlap with each other at the openings 41 and can be efficiently sorted. Further, the openings 41 are hardly clogged with the rods.

The fed rods are allowed to fall from a plurality of slits 34 formed so as to become successively different in the feed direction corresponding to the outer shape dimensions of the rods. The falling rods are housed in either one of a plurality of housing containers 7a-7b housing the rods corresponding to the outer shape dimensions thereof. By this constitution, user's load can be reduced to a large extent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod selecting system which can wash and automatically select rods to be used in permanent hair setting by combining with a conventional sink. SOLUTION: A dresser with sink is equipped with a water basin 2 with which rods can be washed, and under the basin 2, a rod selecting device is installed. Rods are washed in the basin 2 and selected automatically by the rod selecting device. Concretely, the rods washed in the basin 2 are cast in from a rod cast-in hole 4 and stored in a storage part. Rods are taken out one by one, transported in a specified direction by a transporting part, and dropped from a plurality of slits formed with different widths so as to correspond to the outside dimensions of the rods. The dropped rods are accommodated in either vessel 9a-9e in compliance with their outside dimensions. Thereby burden on the user can be reduced to a great extent, and if this system is applied to a place which is designed for installation of a sink, no particular area for installation is required.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the occurrence of the bumping phenomenon that the air in a washing chamber expands at a breath and to prevent the contamination of the washing machine, etc., by spouting of hot water by injecting the hot water in a special operating state into the washing chamber at the time of restarting the operation after the air in the washing chamber is exchanged with the cooled outdoor air. A water feed valve 37 is first turned on to store the hot water in a water storage tank 27 and, thereafter, the hot water feed valve 37 is turned off at the point of the time the water attains the regulated water level as a prewashing batch stage. The temp. of the hot water is detected by a water temp. detecting thermistor 50. The bumping phenomenon that the air in the washing chamber 27 expands at a breath is judged not to arise when the detected temp. is judged to be below the specified tap. Further, the hot water is respectively supplied via first and second supplying pipes 59, 60 to upper and lower nozzles 26, 23 by continuously turning on a circulating pump 55, by which the experimental appliances are washed. At this time, the temp. of the hot water is kept constant by subjecting a heater 51 to on/off control.
