摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a mine facility installing bracket in a tunnel segment, which eliminates unnecessary molding of fixtures for installing a bracket and inconvenience caused at the time of driving in the field, by using a grout hole as a bracket attachment hole for installing mine facilities. SOLUTION: A grout hole GH is formed in a segment 1 at a side location thereof so as to be opened toward the interior of the same. A bolt 19 functioning as a bracket engaging tool is fixed into the grout hole GH, and a fixing plate 11 of a bracket 10 is engaged with the bolt 19.

When work of the tunnel 22 is completed, water is supplied to the waterproof vessel 2 through the pouring pipe 4, and the water is reacted with a static crushing agent 1 (step 106).

The intake holes 12c are closed during construction works by the detachably screwed and fixed cover body, and opened by detaching the cover body after the building of the intake tunnel. The perforated permeable plate 12e is mounted so as to cover the outsides of the intake holes 12c, and formed in an arched shape. A large number of continuous voids are formed to the permeable layer 12b, the permeable layer 12b consists of a porous body having water permeability, and the inside of the recessed section 12a on the outside of the perforated permeable plate 12e is filled with the permeable later 12b and the permeable layer 12b is solidified.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an intake pipe without occupying a straight rising part. SOLUTION: This construction method allows to construct a shield tunnel 12 by constructing a starting vertical shaft 10, breaking the wall of the starting vertical shaft 10, and moving a shield machine toward a coast side. The tunnel 12, which is to be an intake pipe after its construction, is constructed by assembling segments into a ring-shape subsequently at its rear part side with digging work by the shield machine. For the segments, an RC segment and a ductile segment 20 of two types are used. A water intake hole blocked with a covering element is formed in the segment 20. After the construction of the tunnel 12 is completed, pressured air is introduced into the tunnel 20. Workers enter the inside of the shield tunnel 12 to remove the covering element of the ductile segment 20. After the covering element is removed, sea water is taken in the tunnel 12 through the water intake hole by decreasing inner pressure little by little so as not to let the sea water flow in the tunnel 12 all at once.

The joint structure 16 comprises an engagement groove 19 formed at the outer edge of each connection end face 11 and an insertion metal fitting 23 which is placed across the engagement grooves 19 opposite to and communicating to each other at the connection end faces 11, and which fits into both of the grooves. The insertion metal fitting 23 has a cross sectional shape that approximately fits that of the engagement groove 19, and is passed through the engagement grooves 19 communicated to each other to lock the engagement grooves 19 of both segments.
