    • PURPOSE:To obtain high-precise and reliable data, by a method wherein a temperature measuring resistor is mounted to one of two flat plates by which the temperature measuring resistor is positioned between the nip formed, a heating substance is installed to the other, and the heating amount of the heating substance is controlled so that temperatures at the sides of the two temperature-measuring resistors coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:If temperature at a temperature measuring resistance (1) side rises higher than that of a temperature measuring resistor (5) side, the electric resistance of the resistor 1 becomes higher than that of the resistor 5, a bridge circuit, consisting of the resistors 1, 5 and constant-resistors 8, 9, is brought to an unbalancing state, and a potential at a point A becomes higher than a potential at a point B. As a result, potential difference signals at the points A and B are inputted to a DC amplifier 10, an output current of a power amplifier 11 flows to a heating metal resistance wire 6, the temperature at the resistor (5) side rises, and the temperature at the resistor (1) side becomes gradually equal to that of the resistor (5) side. As stated above, a temperature difference between both sides of a flat plate or of a sheet made of an electric insulating material is detected, and this prevents the production of the temperature difference.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformalize a cooling air inlet temperature at heat-generating sections, and to enhance cooling efficiency by a method wherein the outlet amount of an air stream is increased on the cooling air inlet side of the heat-generating sections. CONSTITUTION:Cooling air CE blown out of the indoor machine 8 of an air conditioner passes through the inside of a double floor 1 and is blown out of a porous panel 10 in front of heat-generating sections 5. An air stream blown out of the floor surface is arranged so as to be large in quantity on the cooling air inlet side of the heat-generating sections 5. The cooling air CE is introduced through the cooling air inlet parts of the fronts 5a of the heat-generating sections 5 and heated by absorbing heat of the heat-generating sections 5 in the interior of the heat-generating sections 5, and thereafter exhausted from the upper surfaces 5c of the heat-generating sections 5 as a natural convection current. In this case, since no cooling air CE is blown out of the part of a reverse side path 7, the exhausted air having a high temperature is not diffused but gathers in the vicinity of a ceiling 11 and is sucked-in through slits 11a and the like. The stream of the cooling air CE introduced through the porous panel 10 flows uniformly, and the high-temperature exhausted air HE discharged from the heat-generating sections 5 forms an air layer having a high temperature in the vicinity of the ceiling-plane without being mixed with indoor air. The exhausted air returns to the air conditioner 8 to be cooled down and is again blown into the double floor 1.

    • PURPOSE:To keep a low pressure while keeping a high pressure at a proper value, prevent a frosting at an evaporator and enable an operating condition of a compressor to be normally controlled by a method wherein a condensing pressure adjusting valve which is made variable by an electrical signal is arranged and sensors for sensing a high pressure and a low pressure are added. CONSTITUTION:A pressure P1 before operation varies in terms of solid lines of a low pressure Ps and a high pressure Pd in case that no control is carried out after operation. In winter season, the high pressure is not increased, a time is required for reaching a reference pressure P4. Under an operating condition at a low pressure, it does not fulfill a reference pressure P2 and a frosting in an evaporator and a difference in high pressure are high, so that a compressor generates an abnormal state. Then, a high pressure and a low pressure are detected and if the low pressure does not fulfill the reference value P2, a condensing pressure adjusting valve is controlled in such a way as it shows a further higher pressure Pd' even if the pressure has already reached the high pressure reference value P4. An inlet pressure of a pressure reducing device is increased, a flow rate of coolant is increased and after controlling the lower pressure is increased up to a low pressure Ps'. If the pressure has already reached the reference pressure P2, the condensing pressure adjusting valve is controlled in such a way as the high pressure Pd is decreased down to a reference high pressure P4.

    • PURPOSE:To control the humidity in a room to a constant humidity by operating a degree of opening variable valve which is provided at the merging point of the outlet of an outdoor heat exchanger and the bypass route of the outdoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A degree of opening variable three-way valve 5 which connects an outdoor air conditioner 2, a channel A on the side of the outdoor air conditioner, and a bypass channel B is provided, and detected humidity HR detected by a room humidity detection device 12 and a set humidity HO are compared and the amount of opening operation for the degree of opening variable three-way valve 5 is calculated by an arithmetic unit 13 to output an operation signal S3. If the degree of opening of the degree of opening variable three-way valve 5 changes by this operation signal S3, the pressure of an outdoor heat exchanger 2 and the temperature of an room heat exchanger 4 change, and as a result the amount of dehumidifying of the room heat exchanger changes and it is possible to keep the room humidity at a constant value. Namely, if detected humidity in the room is higher than a set humidity, the channel A of the degree of opening variable three-way valve is opened according to the difference and the amount of coolant is increased to increase the dehumidifying, and if detected humidity is lower than the set humidity the channel A of the degree of opening variable three-way valve 5 is closed to reduce the flow rate of the coolant and reduce the amount of dehumidifying.
