    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to record an image onto an ordinary paper with a simple mechanism, by forming an electrostatic latent image on the toner after sticking the toner and by transferring the toner. CONSTITUTION:The recording device is composed of drum 1, toner sticking device 2 which sticks the toner onto drum 1 uniformly, toner 3, magnetic roll 4 which applies toner 3 onto drum 1, the bias power source which gives a prescribed potential to magnetic roll 4, electrostatic latent image writing device 6, and so on. The bias potential is applied to magnetic roll 4 by bias power source 5 to generate electrostatic force on drum 1, and toner 3 is stuck to drum 1 uniformly. Next, an electrostatic latent image is formed by electrostatic latent image writing device 6 and is transferred to the recording paper by corona of the polarity opposite to that of the electrostatic latent image of corona charger 7 for transfer and is fixed to complete recording. As the result, since the cleaning device and the electric charge removing device for the drum become needless, recording can be simple.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a high resolution and high density printing by a method wherein a light axis is applied to a photosensitive body surface in a right angle thereto to form an image thereon by using a semitransparent reflection mirror and an optical fiber of converging type. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of light emitting element or units 1 having a plurality of light emitting portions 7 on a base plate of light emitting diode 6 in a ceramic base plate 5 provided with an outer electric pole connector terminal 10 are arranged at a symmetrical position both A and B sides of a semitransparent reflection mirror 11 having a reflection rate and a penetrating power of 40% or so with a central axis of the unit 1 and the reflection mirror 11 being crossed at right angle at P with a linear line on the reflection mirror and further with an angle between the central axis of the unit 1 and the surface of the reflection mirror 11 being about 0-90 deg. at an equal distance from said linear line. Light converging optical fiber flux 12 having three converging optical fibers overlapped with each other are arranged on an optical passage of the composite light between the reflection light and the permeating light and an image is formed on the light sensitive body 4.

    • PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the charge supply from the outside due to a corona discharge thereby to simplify the construction by selectively inducing a connective internal polarization at the boundary between a photosensitive layer and a insulating transparent layer with the use of a DC electrostatic field and an optical irradiation thereby to form an electrostatic latent image. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 1 is arranged through an air layer 6 upon a photosensitive plate 5 which is composed of a conductive substrate 4, a photosensitive layer 3 and an insulating transparent layer 2. A DC voltage is applied from a DC power source 7 between the electrode 1 and the substrate 4 to establish such a DC electrostatic field as has the layer 6 prevented from being dielectrically broken. If, under this condition, a light L1 is uniformly irradiated, charges Q are induced at the boundary between the layers 2 and 3 by the characteristics of the layer 3. If a light according to the recording signals, the charges Q at the irradiated portion disappear, and an electrostatic latent image according to the recording signsls are formed by the remaining charges Q'. This latent image is the connective internal polarizations induced at the boundary of the layers 2 and 3, and the latent image is not attenuated so that the visible image due to the development can be repeatedly obtained. The charges Q' are all erased by the irradiation of a light L3.
