摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a high processing capability and low noises and hardly breaking a bottle. SOLUTION: This aligning device for empty bottles is provided with a transfer conveyor inclined in the width direction and a travel guide 4 provided on the lower side of the transfer conveyor and traveled at a speed higher than the traveling speed of the transfer conveyor. One or both of the transfer conveyor and the travel guide 4 are divided into multiple portions 1a, 1b, 1c having different traveling speeds, and the multiple portions 1a, 1b, 1c are arranged so that their traveling speeds are increased in sequence as the transfer conveyor 1 proceeds. The travel guide 4 is arranged to approach the high side of the transfer conveyor from the low side as the transfer conveyor proceeds, and the friction resistance between the travel guide 4 and empty bottles 9 is made larger than the friction resistance between the transfer conveyor and the empty bottles 9.

The device described above is provided with a meshed screen 22 wound to an endless track type opposite to the air ejection nozzles. The light weight material chute 8 is disposed near the winding side end of the screen and further, the inlet of the light weight material chute is provided with a roller 25 driven in the screen winding direction opposite to the screen.

摘要： PURPOSE: To decrease the load on a crusher, prevent the rotting, bad odor, and proliferation of microorganisms and fungi during storage of a solid fuel produced, and eliminate hydrogen chloride gas during combustion in a process for converting general household garbage into a solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: A raw material 1, i.e., general household garbage, is stored in a pit and crane 2 at the storing step, subjected to the primary crushing 3 to a granule size of e.g. 75-100mm, subjected to magnetic sorting 4 and aluminum sorting 12 to remove iron and aluminum, subjected to sieving 5 with a 20-30mm-mesh sieve to be separated into oversize garbage and undersize residue. The oversize garbage is subjected to the secondary crushing 6 to a granule size of 20-30mm, and the undersize residue is mixed 7 with 5-10wt.% (based on the dry residue) lime 8. Then, the oversize garbage after the secondary crushing and the undersize residue contg. lime are subjected to drying and mixing 9, subjected to vol. reduction and solidification 10, and molded into a solid fuel 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the detonation working device having good operability and high safety. CONSTITUTION:This working device has a convergent combustion chamber 1, a firing chamber 4 connected to a gas feed and discharge device 20, plural induction paths 2 of equal distances which branch and extend from this firing chamber and communicate with one end of the combustion chamber 1, a pressure chamber which is connected to an opening at the other end, i.e., the min. sectional area part of the passage of the combustion chamber and houses liquid G therein and a working chamber 13 which houses a working mold to support a work P so as to face the liquid and is connected to a vacuum evacuation device. The pressure chamber and the working chamber have coupling parts 12A, 13A which can be parted from each other by a driving device 35. These coupling parts are connectable clamping devices 37. The peripheral edge of the work is releasably heldable by blank holding devices 33, 34. The device has a handling device which sets and takes the work into and out of the working chamber and has a controller 40 for cooperatively operating the firing device, the clamping devices, the driving device, the blank holding devices, the vacuum evacuation device, the gas feed and discharge device and the handling device.
