摘要： PURPOSE:To increase continuity characteristic of a material by forming a rubber that is a primary component of a rubber layer out of conductive carbon black, graphite, and of nitrile rubber including radical acceptor, and by bonding the rubber layer and a metallic plate through a primer layer. CONSTITUTION:A cold rolling plate, stainless steel plate, or aluminium plate and so on is used as a substrate metallic plate 1. The metallic plate 1 is degreased and cleaned, and after the surface is roughened by, for example, sand blast method, a photophate film, a chromate film, and so on, is formed so as to form a chemical conversion coated layer 2. A primer primarily comprising phenol aldehyde resin and nitrile rubber compound, is applied thereto, so as to form a primer layer 3, on which conductive carbon black, graphite, and a nitrile rubber including radical acceptor are applied, so as to form a rubber layer 4. A dispersion liquid of graphite and the like is applied thereto and dried in order to present baking, and to give non-viscosity, so as to form a non-viscous layer 5. The material of high continuity can be obtained thereby.

This packing braided material, after it is immersed in liquid mixed by proportion of polyflon dispersion and silicon oil emulsion to water, is dried. the material, after it is dried, is pressed by a roller, preparing a braided packing. This braided packing, providing a filter effect, prevents dust generation of the glass fiber.

CONSTITUTION:Vinylchloride resin and mineral oil are mixed in the weight ratio of 10-30:70-90, and the mixture is heated to 105-140 deg.C, and PVC is mixed, being melted in the mineral oil. When PVC is melted and becomes liquid form, the plasticizer such as dioctylphthalate, etc. is added by 10-40% by weight of PVC, and graphite is added in 5-20wt% for the mineral oil, and the liquid mixture of PVC + mineral oil + plasticizer + graphite is prepared. A braided article consisting of inorganic fiber is immersed into the hot bath of this liquid mixture, and after pulling-up the braided article from the hot bath, liquid lead is allowed to adhere by 5% by weight of the braided article and cooled.

Water, alcohols, benzene and toluene are preferred as said solvent, because they are easily evaporated, and water is particularly preferred because it is easy to handle and also from the viewpoint of economy.
