摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio transmission control system wherein a district having a bad state of a transmission line between a base station and a mobile station during communicating is predicted, the communication is terminated before entering the district, and in the district having the bad state of the transmission line a retransmission process is not conducted. SOLUTION: When a mobile unit repeats the retransmission during communicating with the base station, a transmission and reception failure notification is transmitted to a car navigation, the car navigation which receives the failure notification, transmits a retransmission interruption notification to the mobile unit, stops the retransmission and notifies the transmission/reception failure information added with position information to the transmission/reception failure notification to a roadside unit control server via a roadside unit. The roadside control server delivers notifying transmission/ reception failure information to the roadside unit based on the position information of the transmission/reception failure information. The roadside unit revises the stored transmission/reception failure information based on the notifying transmission/reception failure information, and notifies the failure information to the car navigation carried on a vehicle. The car navigation predicts the transmission/reception failure district based on the transmission/reception failure information, generates the communication control information, and controls the communication of the mobile unit. The server 1 automatically stops/ restarts the distribution corresponding to traffic conditions reported from a base station 5. A conversion means 102 automatically prepares an HTML file from the information registered in the server 1.
