Then picture information from a CCD 31 is recorded as a light beam via a picture processing section 32 by a command of the control section 52. Thus, the raw sensitive member S1 is surely in close contact with the inner surface of the guide and after it is detected, the recording is processed and the picture is surely recorded.

Thus, the inhibiting part 41 can oscillate linked with the vertical movement of the intermediate lever 312, while the antislipping body 415 can freely abut with pressure on a floor surface F.

Ultimately, the continuous arc track is displayed on a display part based on each parameter of the arc track.
