In the said structure, when the glass container is vacuum-exhausted and heat-treated, it is deformed, but since the said bent control electrode terminal 2b has a spring structure and the capability of expansion and contraction absorbs the deformation error of the glass container 3 and then prevents the cracking of the glass container 3, the destruction of a panel display unit can be prevented when it is manufactured.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting a part, an IC card, and a method for manufacturing the card in which the number of processes can be reduced, productivity can be improved, low costs can be realized, and a small chip can be attained. SOLUTION: A first electrode 7a of an IC chip 4 for processing a signal received from a coil 3 is connected with an inner peripheral edge 3b of a coil pattern 2 formed on a first substrate 1a. Then, an outer peripheral edge 3a of the coil pattern 2 is connected through a jumper wiring means 8 with a second electrode 7b of the IC chip 4. That is, a parts is directly mounted on conductive paste before hardening, and then the conductive paste is hardened so that a circuit pattern can be stabilized, and electric connection with the parts can be ensured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a normal image on the whole image plane by radiating electron beams in the vicinity of the image screen only to a small division of a prescribed image. CONSTITUTION:A V-shape curved part 23 is arranged in a central part of a strip paper-like conductive plate 18B of a vertical deflecting electrode, and voltage different from an opposite conductive plate 18A is impressed, and electron beams passing through a space 22 between both conductive plates are deflected vertically. In such constitution, when the central axis in the lengthwise direction of the conductive plate of the deflecting electrode 18 is dislocated in the inverse direction of the electron beam overlapping side in a unit where the electron beams are radiated in an overlapping condition, the electron beams can be radiated only to a small division of a prescribed image. Thereby, a normal image can be obtained on the whole image plane.

In this constitution, deformation of the conductive plates A29 and B30 of the vertical deflecting electrode 8 is prevented, and cutting of the bridge 31 is facilitated, and influence of the opening holes is uniformized over the whole surface, so that an image display device having stable and high image quality is obtained.

The metal-back layer 33 has very thin thickness 1000Angstrom , its operating resistance is high, and the electron beams 36 tend to flow into the high-voltage terminal 35 along the silver paste 34 with low operating resistance. The electron beams 36 are not concentrated on the metal-back layer 33 near the terminal 35, and the seizure of the metal-back layer 33 can be prevented.
