Therefore, displacement of coupling parts coupling the vibrating parts 21 and 22 to the main body part 10 can be always kept to be zero. The normal line direction of the vibrating parts 21 and 22 and the vibrating direction by the vibrating apparatus match with each other, and the vibrating parts 21 and 22 can vibrate in the vibration direction. Consequently, vibration can be reduced efficiently.
