SOLUTION: A composition of total 100 wt.% is prepared from a burnt material (A) of 50 to 80 wt.%, which is burned a waste material of a sludge (hereinafter, described as service water sludge waste material) at 900-1,300 deg.C wherein the sludge is made by a flocculation sedimentation of a fine particle in water as a water-purifying treatment when a service water is produced, a clay (B) of 20 to 50 wt.% and other stone (C) of 0 to 20 wt.% (based on a weight under the absolute dry condition, the above wt.% is calculated), is made dry forming and after that, is calcined at 1,150-1,300 deg.C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the amplitude of the variation of pressure in an underground cavern, by arranging a heat exchanger for raising the temperature of cold LPG near the normal temperature and a condenser condensing a part of vapor in the underground cavern. CONSTITUTION:A receiving duct 3 connects a conveying container 2 of which temperature is scores of degrees C below zero to an underground cavern 1, and a heat exchanger 4 is arranged interposingly in the duct 3. Cold LPG is sent in the underground cavern 1 after its temperature is raised to the normal temperature by the heat exchanger 4. A vapor duct 5 is a duct which sends back to a tanker 2 a portion of LPG vapor of which pressure is raised by LPG sent under pressure to the underground cavern 1, and thereby the variation of pressure in the tanker 2 is absorbed. On the other hand, a part of vapor exhausted to adjust the pressure in the cavern is sent again to the underground cavern through a condenser 6.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ship liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) while dewatering the water dissolved into the LPG stored underground, by providing a bypass line and a circuit with a dewatering device partially in a shipping pipe line of the LPG and joining the LPG passing through the both pipe lines. CONSTITUTION:In a shipping pipe line 5 for guiding liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)3, stored in an enclosed underground cavity 2 formed in an underground rock bed 1, to a shipping vessel 4 on the ground, there are provided a dewatering circuit, passing through a dewatering device 6 used with synthetic zeolite as an adsorbent, and a bypass pipe line 7, detouring said dewatering device 6, then the LPG, passing through said dewatering device 6, and the LPG, passing through the bypass pipe line 7, are joined, mixed in a merged part 9 and shipped by adjusting quantity of water. In this way, a part of the shipped LPG is applied high degree dewatering treatment by using a zeolite adsorbent, while the other part of the LPG is as left in a non-treatment state through the bypass pipe line, then the both are joined to obtain a product of LPG satisfying a permissible value of water content, thus the dewatering device can be miniaturized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To receive and store the low temperature LPG at some 10 deg.C below zero as the normal LPG by using a system which watertightly stores the LPG in the underground cavity of an underground base rock and the properties of LPG without employing special equipment that adjusts the pressure variation in the underground cavity. CONSTITUTION:An arrival of goods duct 3 directly connects a carrier container 2 at some 10 deg.C below zero and an underground cavity 1. A heat exchanger 4 is inserted in the arrival of goods duct 3. The low temperature LPG is heated up to the normal temperature by the heat exchanger 4 and sent to the underground caviry 1. In this case, for example, since the low temperature LPG with the pressure of about 1kg/cm abs at -43 deg.C increases the pressure, it is forcibly pressurized-sent into the underground cavity by means of a booster pump 15. As a result, an LPG underground storage system can economically be manufactured without employing special equipment that adjusts the pressure variation in the underground cavity 1.
