Then a methacrylate monomer with addition of a catalyst to promote polymn. is injected into the die, which is again rotated while heated to promote uniform polymn. Then the formed base body is taken out from the die. Namely, the monomer liquid is injected into the cylindrical die 1 and the die is covered with a lid 2. It is preferable that the surface resistance of the formed coating film is Ω.cm if the obtd. coating film is used as a photoreceptor base body, and preferably >=10 Ω.cm from the viewpoint of production.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of eliminating an adverse effect of a thermal fixing unit caused by the increase of an image forming speed and the miniaturization of the whole device by using a photoreceptor having comparatively low thermal conductivity such as an organic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: Untransferred toner, etc., remaining on the surface of the photoreceptor 4 are removed by a cleaning blade system cleaning unit 11, residual charges are removed with a pretransfer exposure (LCL) 12 and the photoreceptor 4 is uniformly electrified by an electrifier 5 again, to form the next image. The organic photoreceptor 4 is affected most by the heat of the thermal fixing unit 10, when the cleaning blade 11 is in contact with the photoreceptor 4. Especially, the heat from the fixing unit 10 is easily supplied to the vicinity of the contact. Therefore, for using the photoreceptor 4 having low thermal conductivity such as the organic photoreceptor 4, without generating a defect in an image such as density unevenness, the photoreceptor drum 4 is rotated before the temperature deviation appears as irregularities in the image, to reduce a difference in a temp. when a temperature deviation occurs. When a stationary state is kept for a specified time or longer during the time when the device is not used, that is, at a standstill, the photoreceptor 4 is rotated.
