摘要： PURPOSE:To quickly cope with a request of a patient by constituting the titled system by plural radio transmitters each having a different transmission signal, decentralized receivers installed properly at places, and a centralized supervisory master equipment connected to the receivers and having an identification function of a transmission signal from the transmitters. CONSTITUTION:When a patient depresses a pushbutton 2 of a transmitter 1 possessed by the patient, a signal specific to the transmitter is outputted and a decentralized receiver 3 located nearly among the decetralized receivers 3, 3'... installed at many places receives the transmission signal. The signal enters the master equipment 6 connected to the decentralized receiver 3 and from which decentralized receiver the signal comes is displayed on a display section 8 of the master equipment 6 and the characteristic of its input signal is judged by an identification means 9 at the same time. As a result, it is discriminated from which transmitter of the patients the transmission signal comes and from which patient makes the emergent call is discriminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically inform a center, etc., of an emergency state and the place where the emergency state occurs, by providing a means which detects occurrence of an emergency state, such as a lateral turning due to a swoon, etc., and outputs an emergency signal and another means which detects the place where the emergency signal is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter 1 is always carried by a patient, etc., and, when the patient falls down due to a swoon, etc., the transmitter 1 also suddenly drops together with the patient and a state detecting means housed in the transmitter 1 detects the change in state. As a result, an output is produced in the means and measured with a timer. A fixed time after, an output signal enters into a transmitting means and an emergency signal is transmitted. On a center side, the emergency signal transmitted from the transmitting means is received by the one nearest to the patient of scattered receivers 15a, 15b,-provided at the outside and sent to a receiver 10 in the center. At the center, the place where the emergency signal is transmitted is confirmed by detecting the pricipal receiver which receives the emergency signals of the scattered receivers 15a, 15b,-by means of a position detecting means 14 assembled in the receiver 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To significantly shorten the rise time of temperature during which the heat radiating surface of a ceiling panel comes up to a predetermined temperature, by increasing the thermal conductivity of a heat-generating resistance wire, by fitting a metallic fin to the resistance wire, or by directly fitting the resistance wire to a heat-radiating metallic sheet. CONSTITUTION:Transmission of heat from a resistance wire 4 to a plaster board 2 is greatly increased by increasing the effective heat-radiating area of a resistance wire 4 by fitting a metallic fin 12 to the heat conductive sheathing 11 of a resistance wire 4. Accordingly the time delay from rise in temperature of the resistance wire 4 to rise in temperature of the heat-radiating surface of a plaster board 2, that is the surface opposite to the surface on which the resistance wire 4 is fixed, is greatly shortened. A heat-insulating layer 7 provided to cover the surface on which the resistance wire 4 is fixed serves to shorten the time delay by preventing heat from leaking to the opposite side of the heat-radiating surface of a plaster board 2. The time delay is further shortened, because the heat-radiating surface is made of a metallic sheet 15, on which the resistance wire 4 is directly fixed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a unit to be easily fitted to or removed from an existing ceiling by a method wherein a heater unit panel having a planar heater is mounted on the ceiling member of a ceiling part. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of ceiling members 3 are connected to a leading edge 5 crossed at a right angle with a leading edge receiver 2 held by a hanging bolt 1 connected to a ceiling slab. A plate-like heater unit panel 8 is mounted at a part of or an entire rear surface of a ceiling member 3. The heater unit panel 8 has such a structure as one having a planar heater 1 and a thermal insulator 12 in a case composed of a bottom plate 9 and a cover 10. The planar heater 11 has such a structure as one in which a heater resistance body 13 is formed by a plate-like plastic or rubber having electrical conductive fine particles mixed therein and electrical energizing lead wires 14 and 14 are buried at both sides thereof. With this arrangement, the unit can easily be fixed to an existing ceiling and further it is possible to provide a ceiling heater device capable of facilitating its fixing or removal.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of control performance by a method wherein a pressure difference between ambient pressures is compared by a door between high-pressure chamber and low-pressure chamber to control the rotating speed of an exhaust fan and the opening or closing if a damper, in the control of air conditioning of a super LSI manufacturing chamber or the like. CONSTITUTION:When a door 14 is opened, the computer 13 received the opening signal, both of clean rooms 1, 1' are handled as an integral room, the pressure difference between an indoor pressure and the ambient pressure is compared with the allowable value, and the value, and the rotating speed of an air supplying fan 7 is increased to make the pressure difference same as the allowable value in case the pressure difference is lower than the allowable value. On the other hand, when the pressure difference is within the allowable value, the follow-up property of the damper 5 for the high-pressure chamber 1 is increased while the same property of the damper 5' for the low-pressure chamber 1' is reduced by the control of the opening and closing of the dampers 5, 5'. According to this constitution, the fluctuation of chamber pressures may be restrained into minimum, restoring time may be shortened and the deterioration of control performance may be prevented evenif through pass is generated by the opening and closing of the door.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a substantial reduction of loss of energy at a valve and increase the efficiency of operation of a pump by a method wherein the operation of the secondary cooling water pump is controlled so as to enable the proper temperature of the third cooling water to be kept while the specified degree of opening of the valve is kept in approximately full-opened condition. CONSTITUTION:A controller 12 receives a temperature sensing signal from a temperature sensor 9 arranged in a pipe 8 for the third cooling water (c) and adjusts the degree of opening of a valve 6 in such a way as the third cooling water (c) from the heat exchanger 2 shows a proper temperature. A micro computer 15 which received the signal for showing the degree of opening of the valve 6 from the controller 12 calculates such a pressure in the pipe 10 as the valve 6 is always opened approximately to its maximum degree of opening. In the controller 13, the set value in the micro computer 15 and a measured pressure value in the actual pipe 10 received by a pressure sensor 11 are compared, and the number of rotation of the pump 7 is set in such a way as the pressure in the pipe 10 coincides with the desired value. Such a desired number of rotation is fed into the control device 14 for the number of rotation and then the device for controlling the number of rotation 14 controls the operation of the pump 7.
