    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress penetration of droplet or the like from a connecting part between an inner box and an outer box.
SOLUTION: An heat-insulating box 40 comprises the inner box 42 opened at the front surface, the outer box 50 opened at the front surface and arranged on the outside of the inner box 42 with a required space, and a heat insulating material 18 filled between both the boxes 42 and 50. Both the boxes 42 and 50 are superposed and connected through the heat insulating material 18 in a state where the flange part 44 of the inner box 42 is located on the inside of the flange part 52 of the outer box 50. A protruding part 46 protruded forward by the portion of a difference in level formed by the outer surface of the inner box 42 and the outer surface of the outer box 50 is formed on the flange part 44 of the inner box 42, and a first bent part 54 that is the edge of the outer box 50 abuts on the protruding part 46.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drain from spilling in a machine chamber when a drain pan provided in a cooling storage tank is removed. SOLUTION: The cooling storage tank comprises a refrigerating chamber for accommodating objects to be refrigerated, the machine chamber 3 provided in the lower part of the refrigerating chamber to accommodate a refrigerating device for cooling the interior of the refrigerating chamber, the first drain pan 10 for receiving the drain such as defrosted water produced in the refrigerating chamber and the second drain pan 15 for receiving the drain from the refrigerating chamber and discharging overflowing drain to the first drain pan 10. The second drain pan 15 is formed so as to be freely drawn. A drain port for discharging the drain from the second drain pan 15 to the first drain pan 10 is provided so as to be biased to the drawing side of the second drain pan 15. When the second drain pan 15 is inclined due to the weight of the drain upon drawing the second drain pan 15, the drain therein is discharged to the first drain pan 10 through the drain port.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a clearance between a sliding door and an inner edge of an aperture and thereby prevent deterioration of cooling efficiency by leakage of cooling air. SOLUTION: Front and rear sliding doors are supported slidably along the lateral direction respectively on an upper frame and a lower frame arranged in an inner periphery of the aperture formed in a thermal insulation box body. Two lower rails are vertically provided on the lower frame in such a manner of being separated along the front and rear direction, and extend to the longitudinal direction in parallel, respectively. The sliding door corresponding to each rail is supported on the respective rails through a pair of rollers 60 arranged on a lower part thereof. The roller 60 is arranged so that the position is adjustable along the sliding direction with respect to the sliding door. A recessed part of which top position is set to be lower in a predetermined height is formed on the lower rail. One of the rollers 60 of the sliding door is settled in the recessed part, and thereby the sliding door is tilted in a state that no load is applied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
