摘要： PURPOSE:To calibrate a main feed water flow meter at need by providing a 2nd flow meter and valves in a piping provided in parallel with the feed water piping in a condensate feed system of a power plant. CONSTITUTION:The flow meter 11 and a measuring instrument 11a are provided in parallel in addition to the conventional system. Valves 10, 9 are provided in front and rear of the meter 11 and to a main system. The valve 10 is closed and the valve 9 is opened during an ordinary operation. If an error arises in the main feed water flow meter 8 or condensate flow meter 7, the valve 9 is closed and the valve 10 is opened to simultaneously feed the water to the flow meter 11 as well and the exact system flow rate is measured. The errors of the flow meters 7, 8 are checked in this way. The error components are corrected by the measuring logic in flow meter measuring instruments 7a, 8a. In the event of the generation of an error in the flow meter 11, this flow meter is removed and is calibrated independently from the plant operation.

CONSTITUTION:The apparatus cooling water for a power plant is sent to a cooling water cooler 3 by a cooling water pump 1 to lower the water temperature. The cooling water is sent to respective apparatus coolers 9 through a main cooling water pipe 2. The cooling water pressure regulating valve 7 which is arranged in the bypass pipe 6 for respective apparatus coolers keeps the cooling water pressure constant via the signal of an inlet/outlet differential pressure detector 8 of the cooling water pump 1. Thus, the pressure fluctuation of cooling water can be reduced, and the simplification of control devices can be achieved.

CONSTITUTION:When sorting balls, the sorting ability of a ball sorting apparatus 7 depends on the passing flow rate of water because of the characteristics of the ball sorting apparatus 7. That is, at the time of a low flow rate, the worn ball sorting ability is lowered. Further, the ball sorting apparatus has such a property that at the time of excessive flow rate, even normal balls are sorted as worn balls. Therefore, it is necessary to control the flow rate to an appropriate flow rate. In order to control the flow rate, a bypass line 8 for bypassing the ball sorting apparatus 7 is provided, and surplus water is bypassed to control the flow rate of the ball sorting apparatus 7. Further, a flow rate throttle mechanism 9 is provided for throttling the flow rate by use of an orifice, a valve or the like. When throttling of the flow rate is not necessary, the flow rate throttle mechanism may not be provided. By bypassing surplus water through the bypass line 8, the flow rate of the ball sorting apparatus can be set appropriately thereby to ensure the ball sorting performance of the ball sorting apparatus.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect a turbine by a method wherein the pressure of each stage or the difference in each stage of a turbine is detected so that an alarm signal and a trip signal are produced before the occurrences of the excessive amount of flowing steam and the excessive difference in the pressure of each stage which causes excessive stress to the moving blade and stationary blade of the turbine. CONSTITUTION:The faulty operation of a high pressure bypass valve 6 is detected by a pressure detecting device 21 which detects the amount of steam flowing to an intermediate pressure turbine, in other words, staged inlet pressure of the turbine; and the detected results are sent to a control circuit 300. The occurrence of excessive stress being generates at the moving blade and stationary blade of the intermediate pressure/low pressure turbine 8 can be prevented previously by utilizing the detected results as an alarm and trip signals X, Y, Z for protecting the turbine, or a signal W for opening the low pressure bypass valve 12 for reducing the amount of steam flowing to the intermediate pressure/low pressure turbine 8.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain variation of a gas-turbine exhaust gas temperature and minimize reduction of an evaporation amount during load reduction, by adjusting a gas turbine exhaust gas amount returned to a compressor inlet in order to restrain reduction of the gas-turbine exhaust gas temperature following the load reduction of a combined plant. SOLUTION: In a combined cycle plant consisting of a gas turbine 3, an exhaust heat recovery boiler 4, and a steam turbine 5, electric power is determined by using a fuel amount control valve 7 for controlling a fuel amount injected into a combustor 2 and a recirculation amount controlling means 10 as operation ends, and by adjusting opening by a total controlling device 8. In this total controlling device 8, a function generator FG1 derives an output signal S1 according to a load requiring signal Ld, and a function generator FG2 estimates a combustion temperature from an exhaust gas temperature and a compressor outlet pressure. The output signal S1 is modified from the estimated value, and based on the modified output signal, the recirculation amount controlling means 10 is controlled through an adjuster PI3.

The water temps. of the inlet side and the outlet side circulating water 22, 23 at the condenser 6 are measured by respective temp. measuring devices 24. When the measurement of the temp. difference is greater than the corresponding set value, the condensate rate-of- flow adjusting valve 13 is controlled so that the rate of flow of the condensate on the low pressure supply water heater 9 side increases.

摘要： PURPOSE:To precisely and surely weld a stem body structure and the opening end of a neck section by inserting the first heater with the sufficient heating capability in a mount pin fitted with a stem body structure and providing the second heater on the outer periphery of the mount pin. CONSTITUTION:A mount pin 20 is provided with a mount pin base 21 with a smoothly formed top face in particular on its top section so that a stem body structure mounted with an electron gun body structure can be correctly fitted to it. The first heater 22 with the sufficient heating capability is inserted into the mount pin 20, the second heater 23 is provided on the outer periphery of the mount pin 20. The mount pin has little portion directly exposed to the outside air, even if a sharp change of the outside air temperature occurs, the mount pin base is heated with little effect from it. The stem of a stem body structure fitted to the mount pin base can be welded to the neck section opening end of a cathode-ray tube at the optimum heating temperature. The stem body structure and the cathode-ray tube neck section can be surely and precisely welded.
