    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform speed distribution of discharge air flow of a turbo fan and to improve efficiency so as to be appropriate for improvement of mounting performance to a heat exchanger, in an indoor machine for an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A plurality of small blades 34 are disposed near a boundary between main vanes 31 generating peel flow or backflow phenomenon. The ratio (Kb/Ka) in an arranging position is set within 0.6 to 0.8 with reference to a negative pressure surface in the opposite rotation direction of the main vanes, where Ka is a distance between the main vanes and Kb is a distance between respective negative pressure surfaces of the main vane and the small blade. Vane length is set constant in the shroud inner diameter 3d direction with reference to the outer diameter 3e of a shroud surface 33, and a vane shape such as a flat plate vane, a circular arc vane, a vane-like vane is suitably employed using a predetermined width of a fan outlet. Flow in a part generating a backflow phenomenon of an un-uniform wind velocity distribution of discharge air flow 3a and absolute velocity distribution of fan outlet flow is improved, and uniform wind velocity distribution, comparing with the conventional case of only the main vanes, is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the outdoor unit of an air conditioner compact and silent by providing a protrusion toward radial outward of a propeller fan and making a hole for introducing the air into a housing constituting the protrusion in the side wall on the upstream side of the propeller fan. SOLUTION: A protrusion 11a is provided on the wall of a housing proximate to a propeller fan 1 on the side opposite to a heat exchanger 3 toward the outside of the housing and a hole 11b for introducing the air into the housing is made in the side wall on the upstream side of the propeller fan constituting the protrusion 11a. Since the volume of air is balanced between then heat exchanger 3 side and the opposite side by the air introduction hole 11b, pressure fluctuation on the wall, face is suppressed as compared with an outdoor unit having no air introduction hole 11b. Since a protrusion is provided toward radial outside of the propeller fan, distance between the wall face of the housing and the outer edge of the fan is increased thus suppressing pressure fluctuation on the wall face furthermore.

    • PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of an indoor air conditioner by shifting a nose part as the winding start of the spiral form of a scroll casing from the finishing part thereof so as to from a step and dividing a discharging port into parts. CONSTITUTION:In a scroll casing 6 used for a left and right suction type centrifugal blower 7, by shifting a nose part 8 as the winding start of a spiral form from a winding end part 9 thereof in a width direction so as to form a step, a discharging port is divided into two parts and the direction of a ejected wind is caused to change in two directions indicated by arrows 10 and 11. Thus, since a flow ejected from the left and right suction type centrifugal blower is naturally distributed in two directions in the blowing out port of the 2-divided scroll casing, it is not necessary to forcibly incline a blower attaching plate 3 as in the case of a conventional air conditioner centrifugal blower, its distance to a ceiling plate is shorter, thus reducing a factor for casing reduction in blower performance and assembling of the indoor air conditioner for two direction of blowing out is simplied.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the noises from flowing coolant that are generated in a pressure reduction device and the vibration in the piping in front of and behind the pressure reduction device by a constitution that an auxiliary heat exchanger is provided between a condenser and pressure reduction device to keep the coolant flowing into the pressure reduction device in the state of liquid coolant all the time. CONSTITUTION:A bypass channel 8 that connects from a piping 12 that connects a pressure reduction device 3 and evaporator 4 to a piping 13 that connects the evaporator 4 and a compressor 1 and at least one of valves 9a, 9b that are installed on a piping 11 between a condenser 2 and pressure reduction device 3 and open and close the bypass channel 8 to an arbitrary degree of opening response to the signal from a gas phase sensor 7 that detects the state of flow of the coolant flowing in a piping 11 are provided. And, further, an auxiliary heat exchanger 6 to let the low temperature low pressure coolant that flows in the bypass channel 8 and high temperature high pressure coolant that flows from the condenser 2 to the pressure reduction device 3 exchange heat is provided between the condenser 2 and pressure reduction device, keeping the coolant flowing into the pressure reduction device 3 in the state of liquid coolant all the time.
