SOLUTION: The anti-inflammatory agent contains 4-amino-6-hydroxypyrazolo(3,4-d)pyrimidine, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, its derivative, or a micelle containing 4-amino-6-hydroxypyrazolo(3,4-d)pyrimidine. Combining 4-amino-6-hydroxypyrazolo(3,4-d)pyrimidine with a polymer such as a styrene-maleic acid copolymer, PEG, polyacrylic acid, and polyvinylacetic acid improves water solubility and retention in blood and allows the resulting anti-inflammatory agent to be more efficiently accumulated in a focus to thereby reduce side effect.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight, strong and durable, and inexpensive crutch with a simple chair to be used safely and easily.
      SOLUTION: In a pair of the crutches with the simple chair, a side saddle at the upper end of each crutch and both ends of a grip at the center of the crutch are supported by two bows, and the lower parts of the bows are connected to a footpiece. In each crutch, a spindle parallel to the grip is attached to the bows, and one end of a long seat for the chair is pivotally attached to the spindle of one of the crutches rotatably. The crutch also has a hook at the other end of the long seat to be engaged and locked with the spindle of the other crutch from above. The long seat for the chair can be stored between the two bows.

    • PURPOSE:To simply and accurately measure the predation capacity of a biophagous cell with good sensitivity, by allowing the biophagous cell to take in a fluorescence labelled particle or microorganism and subsequently separating the biophagous cell to dissolve the same while measuring the fluorescent intensity of the obtained solution. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent substance such as fluorescamine or fluorescein isothiocyanate is reacted with a fine particle pref. porous and having a particle size of 20mum or less such as one prepared by introducing an amino group into an inorg. particle such as glass or silica or an org. polymer particle having an amino group to obtain a fluorescence labelled particle. Bacteria or yeast is labelled by the fluorescent substance in the same way. Either one of the aforementioned labelled ones is added to a culture solution, obtained after a biophageous cell such as microphage or neutrophil separated from the living body was cultured, in a definite time to perform inculation for a definite time. The biophagous cell is separated and the adhered labelled substance is removed by washing while the separated biophagous cell is dissolved in a bacteolytic solution and the fluorescent intensity of the obtained solution is measured. By using a preliminarily calculated calibration curve, the predation capacity of the biophagous cell is accurately known.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitumor agent containing a D-amino acidoxidase bonded with a polymer having a highly accumulating property to a tumor as a main component and exhibiting the antitumor activity by hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) generated by administering a substrate (D-amino acid) of the enzyme, as an active effective ingredient. SOLUTION: This antitumor agent is provided with a set of (A) the D-amino acidoxidase bonded with the synthetic polymer administered in advance and (B) the D-amino acid as the substrate administered afterwards. By administering the D-amino acid that does not exist in a living body originally and does not exhibit any harm, it is possible to achieve an antitumor activity.
