The rotor has a permanent magnet which is a high-resistance magnet of a specific resistance value being 0.2 mΩcm or higher, being partially insulated with a layer containing a fluorine compound containing at least one of rare earth elements or alkaline earth elements. The stator has a stator core having a yoke and a salient pole, as well as a stator coil. The stator core is made from a stacked steel plate. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a value of resistance in a dust core having a film fluoride; and to make a low loss and high resistance compatible.
SOLUTION: After forming a film composed of a rare earth metal fluoride or alkali earth metal fluoride on a surface of an iron powder or an alloy powder with iron as a main composition, preparatory heat treatment is carried out before compression forming, then, compression forming and straightening heat treatment are performed to manufacture the dust core. The specific resistance is elevated by adding the preparatory heat treatment, thereby making a low iron loss and high resistance compatible. The preparatory heat treatment temperature is preferably the same to a straightening heat treatment temperature or in a range from it to a temperature of 100°C lower than it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a heat-resistant material having a low modulus of elasticity and high heat resistance, a slight change in mechanical characteristics such as the coefficient of thermal expansion and modulus of elasticity at -50 to +300 deg.C and 2-0.01 GPa modulus of elasticity at room temperature and high electric insulation reliability for a change in temperature and a semiconductor device using the same material. SOLUTION: This thermosetting resin composition is obtained by heating and curing a mixture comprising a polyimide, a polyamideimide or a polyamide resin or a resin precursor providing 2-0.01 GPa modulus of elasticity of a cured product of the resin at -50 deg.C and an organosilicon compound oligomer containing functional groups causing addition reaction with NH group and/or COOH group. Thereby, the resultant heat-resistant material has the low modulus of elasticity, high reliability and stress relaxing properties for the change in temperature during a production process and the change in temperature caused during use because a change in physical properties of the heat-resistant material having the low modulus of elasticity is slight with the change in temperature.
