    • PURPOSE:To realize collation by reading with a way of reading without causing the uncertainness for each character, by obtaining two KANA (Japanese syllabary) characters out of document character codes to convert these characters into the corresponding audio signals and then reading out the document in a voice. CONSTITUTION:A control part 4 obtains codes corresponding to the cursor position on a CRT1 from a text buffer 2 and feeds it to an address converting circuit 6. The cursor position is shifted in accordance with the speed of collation by reading out, and the character code is sent to the circuit 6 with each shift of a character. The circuit 6 converts the character code into a 2-stroke KANA code in reference to a 2-stroke code table 7 and feeds it to an audio address converting circuit 9 via a buffer 8. The circuit 9 converts the KANA code into the address information with which an access is given to audio data in reference to an audio address table and feeds it to a buffer 11. The part 4 feeds the information of the buffer 11 to a voice synthesizing LSI13, and the LSI13 extracts an audio parameter output from an ROM14 to give a D/A conversion 15 to the audio parameter. Then a voice is delivered through a loudspeaker 16 to perform the collation by reading out.

    • PURPOSE:To convert an inputted Kana (Japanese syllabary) character string to Kanji successively without inputting Kana characters again if an idiom corresponding to this character string is not detected, by extending or reducing freely the effective range of the Kana character string. CONSTITUTION:No candidate is displayed in the column for candidates because idioms corresponding to ''Endukyoku) (waltz) are not registered in a word dictionary. In a procedure 1, ''Endukyoku'' is recorded in a Kana character string register 11, and contents of a pointer register 12 and a Kana character string counter 42 are 6 equal to the length of the Kana character string, and an effective Kana character string is ''Enbukyoku''. In a procedure 2, since Kanji ''en'', ''bu'', and ''kyoku'' are registered in the directionay, Kanji ''en'' is first inputted. Then, a pointer update key pn a keyboard 10 is depressed. The effective Kana character string becomes ''e'' by one operation of this key. In a procedure 3, this key is operated to make the effective Kana character string ''en'', and candidata Kanji characters are searched from a word dictionary memory 14 and are recorded in a candidate word memory 15. In a procedure 4, corresponding Kanji ''en'' is sent to a document memory 16, and Kana ''en'' is erased from the register 11.

    • PURPOSE:To make safe the service system, by separating a known data into two, and storing one to a computer system and another to a magnetic card. CONSTITUTION:An individual data is separated into two and stored to a common storage means 2 and an individual card 4. In the discrimination, the user sets the card 4 of itself to a reader and inputs the pass-word of itself from a keyboard 6. A host computer 1 picks up a part of corresponding known data from a file device 2. This picked up data is synthesized at a terminal device 3 with the stored data on the card. Based on the synthesized data, the terminal device 3 interprets it with the inputted pass-word, and inquiries are displayed on a display device 7 and the input of reply is urged.
