The storage part stores a user identifier, cooperation source session information, and cooperation destination session information. The determination part determines whether the user identifier of a user who requests provision of service to a service cooperation source is stored in the storage part. When the determination part determines that the user identifier is stored, the request part requests provision of service in cooperation with the service cooperation destination that is connected using cooperation destination session information that is associated with the cooperation source session information to the service cooperation source that is connected using the cooperation source session information stored in the storage part while being associated with the user identifier.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a communication network control system in which efficient capacity management control is conducted with a small memory capacity with respect to the communication network control system. CONSTITUTION: The communication network control system conducting management control relating to the communication capacity of a packet exchange network is provided with a terminal station SLT accommodating plural terminal equipments CPE and having path capacity management information T passing through its own station and with a relay station XC connecting plural terminal stations and a relay station XC with a link LINK and having path connection information between links. A start point terminal station SLT-1 receiving a capacity request from a terminal equipment decides the propriety of accommodation based on capacity management information of its own station and sends a relay request to a downstream node of the path when the accommodation is available. A relay station XC-1 receiving a relay request collects the capacity of all paths confluent to a downstream link LINK-2 of the path from a corresponding terminal station SLT-3 having each path based on path connection information of its own station and decides the propriety of accommodation based on the total capacity. When the accommodation is available, a relay request is sent to a downstream node SLT-2 of the path and the end point terminal station SLT-2 receiving the relay request returns the available accommodation to the start point terminal station SLT-1 to attain accommodation to the network.
