CONSTITUTION:An explosive 1 is placed within a storing container 3, some rocks are filled around the explosive and fixed there and then a silenser 4 having many holes 4A is fixed to an opening 3C. The storing container 3 is comprised of an upper container 6A and a lower container 6B. Flanges 15A and 15B are fixed to a supporting table 5 within an outer shell container 6 connected by bolts and nuts 14. An inside part of the outer shell container 6 is discharged through a vacuum discharging port 7 so as to keep vacuum state in it, explosive 1 is exploded with an electrical signal through an electrical conductor wire 12A connected to a terminal 11, its energy is accommodated with the rocks 2, gas is dispersed from the silenser 4 into the vacuum state in the container 6, resulting in that sound echo is attenuated, some broken pieces are restricted within the storing container 3 and a safe explosion processing can be carried out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is capable of easily performing non-polluting treatment of a waste analysis liquid of a halogenated chemical compound and an equipment for the same.
      SOLUTION: The treatment equipment 100 is constituted to have a concentrator 110 which heats and concentrates the waste analysis liquid 1 containing the halogenated organic compound, a mixer 120 which prepares a treating solution 6 by mixing the waste concentrate 3 of the waste analysis liquid 1, a hydrogen donative solvent 4 and an alkali 5, a solvent supplying device 130 which supplies the hydrogen donative agent 4 into the mixer 120, an alkali supplying device 140 which supplies the alkali 5 into the mixer 120, an electron beam treating equipment 150 which subjects the non-polluting treatment by irradiating the treating solution 6 with an electron beam 9, a solid-liquid separator 160 which subjects the solid 7 treated by the electron beam treating equipment 150 and the non-polluting solution 8 to a solid-liquid separation, a supply pump 170 which supplies the non-polluting solution 8 subjected to the solid- liquid separation to the mixer 120 and a distillation refining device 180 which distillates and refines the non-polluting solution 8 subjected to the solid-liquid separation and supplies the resulted hydrogen donative solvent 4 to the solvent supply device 130.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate treatment of waste water and to extract TNT explosive from a body by dipping the body having an opening in specific liquid, extracting the heated and melted explosive from the body, cooling to solidify it, recovering it, cooling to condense liquid evaporated by heating, and recovering it. CONSTITUTION:An opening 2' is provided at a body 2 in which explosive is intended to be extracted, and dipped in a vessel 1 in which fluorocarbon liquid or fluorocarbon polyether liquid 4 is stored. The liquid 4 is heated to a melting point or higher of TNT explosive 3 to melt the explosive 3 in a body 2. The explosive 3 is floated on the liquid 4 according to a specific weight difference to the liquid 4 of the temperature or lower of the explosive 3, extracted from the body 2, the liquid 4 is cooled to a melting point or lower of the explosive 3 to solidify the explosive 3 and to recover it. In the case of heating, evaporated fluorocarbon or fluorocarbon polyether liquid 4 is cooled to be condensed, and recovered. Thus, the explosive 3 can be effectively extracted from the body 2 without necessity of treating waste water.

CONSTITUTION:A freezing device constituted of a vacuum vessel 1, equipped with an opening and closing lid capable of retaining air-tightness, a refrigerant evaporator 3 provided in the vacuum vessel 1, a refrigerant supplying unit 6 provided at the outside of the vacuum vessel 1 and a refrigerant supplying tube 4 as well as a refrigerant returning tube 5, which are connecting these instruments, are provided and, further, at least one of an evacuating device 7, connected to the vacuum vessel 1, and a drying gas supplying device 8, connected to the vacuum vessel 1 also, is provided while the material to be frozen 11 is put on the refrigerant evaporator 3 to freeze it.
