    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the timing of switching of an operating condition of a swing louver either from excessive cooling control to semi-excessive cooling control or from the semi-excessive cooling control to stationary cooling control in such a manner that the change matches further with the feeling of air conditioning of an occupant. SOLUTION: The operating condition of a swing louver can be switched from excessive cooling control, in which either the direction of the air blown out of respective face blowout ports 21, 22, 31, 32 for air conditioning is directed to an occupant or the blowing state of the air conditioning air is concentrated upon the occupant in order to create an occupant-concentrated mode, to stationary cooling control, in which the quantity of the air conditioning air blowing toward the occupant is less than that in the case of the excessive cooling control. At this time, the higher the temperature of a car room, which is detected by a car-room-temperature sensor 91, is, the higher the prescribed value of the car-room temperature, at which the operating condition of the swing louver is switched, becomes. Thus, the local cooling, in which the occupant is exposed to air conditioning air for a long time, is restricted, thereby preventing the lowering of the feeling of being air conditioned of the occupant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set desired blowoff temperature distribution by a reheat type unidirectional heater core by regulating the temperature of hot water fed to a heating heat exchanger, to the mixing ratio of high temperature hot water from a hot water source and low temperature hot water after passing through the heating heat exchanger, and setting the quantity of hot water. SOLUTION: In the case of any mode other than a face mode, the lower target blowoff temperature is compared with the detection value of a second blowoff temperature sensor 29 to control the valve opening of a control valve 7. The temperature of air-conditioning air blasted into a foot air passage 20 is controlled, that is, the mixing ratio of high temperature hot water from an engine 2 and low temperature hot water after passing through a heater core 17 is regulated according to the valve opening of the contorl valve 7, and high temperature hot water to the heater core 17 is automatically regulated. The upper target blowoff temperature is then compared with the detection value of a first blowoff temperature sensor 28, and the hot water quantity supplied to the heater core 17 is controlled by the rotating speed of a motor- driven pump 11 to control the temperature of air-conditioning air to a face air passage 19. Desired blowoff temperature distribution can therefore be regulated and set.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a heating capacity at the rise of the heating operation of an overall air conditioner unit by suppressing the extra heat loss of the air heated by an evaporator used as a hot gas heater. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner unit 1 in which an evaporator 8 is arranged in an air conditioner duct 2 and a hot water heater 3 is arranged on the air downstream side of the evaporator, when a cooling water temperature (TW) detected by a cooling water temperature sensor 38 is as low as below a specified level, an A/M door 5 is set at a MAX.COOL position to prevent the air heated by the evaporator 8 from being cooled by a low temperature cooling water flowing into a hot water heater 3. By this, a heating capacity at the rise of heating operation is increased. When the cooling water temperature(TW) is as high as over a specified level, the A/M door 5 is set at a MAX.HOT position to further heat the air heated by the evaporator 8 by the hot air heater 3. By this, the heating capacity is increased.
