摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting method and structure of an inexpensive finish member which is easily executed and which can greatly increase, the separation strength of the finish member having a different coefficient of thermal expansion from the substrate concrete and absorb the difference in the thermal expansion by isolation of both materials. SOLUTION: Naps 14b protruding to one face side of a napped cloth 14 are integrally pushed in a substrate concrete face 11 and the naps 14c protruding to the other face side are integrally stuck on the rear face of the finish member with an adhesive to join the substrate concrete 11 and the finish member 12. In this way, the thread part 14a of the napped cloth functions as an isolation layer to absorb the difference of thermal expansion of the substrate concrete 11 and the finish member 12 and the napped parts of both faces integrally joined with the substrate concrete and the finish member function as anchors. Since a number of naps are erected closely, the connection strength of the substrate concrete and the finish member is stuck and fixed uniformly as much as possible on the whole surface and hence, the separation strength is remarkably increased.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase adhesion strength between a cement matrix and reinforcing fiber. SOLUTION: In this production method, a reinforcing fiber 10 of a short fiber state is coated with a latent hardening type epoxy resin 12. The epoxy resin 12 consists of a liquid resin main agent and a hardening agent coated with a fine microcapsule film. The reinforcing fiber 10 is mixed and stirred with cement C, fine aggregate S and water in a stirring tank 16 to produce a fiber reinforced mortar 18. The obtd. mortar 18 is poured into a mold 20 and left to stand in the mold for preageing. After hardening of the mortar starts, the fiber-reinforced mortar 18 is aged by heating by using a heater 22 disposed above the mortar 18.

The lightweight aggregate S is composed of fine lightweight aggregate and coarse lightweight aggregate and both aggregates are mixed in dried state. The synthetic resin emulsion A is the one holding water or forming film in the emulsion. These emulsions may be used singly or in combination. The amount of the emulsion is properly selected taking consideration of the amount of the lightweight aggregate, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacturing and improve the water sealing performance by a method wherein for manufacturing a PC panel, when concrete has not been cured, swelling waterproof agent including bentonite, as major component, is scattered over the surface of the concrete so as to be uniformly applied thereto. CONSTITUTION:For manufacturing a waterproof type driving PC panel form 10, concrete C is cast into a molding form 12, following which in an initial stage of hydration reaction wherein the concrete C becomes cured to some extent, a swelling waterproof agent 14 including bentonite, as major component, is scattered over the surface of the concrete so as to be uniformly applied thereto by means of a trowel or the like. Next, after the concrete is cured, it is removed from the form 12. Further, when the waterproof agent 14 can not be applied to the surface of the PC panel 10, a sheet impregnated with the agent 14 is bonded to the surface of the form 12 and thereafter concrete is placed into the form 12. And the PC panel can be used as a form when an underground wall or the like is constructed. Thus, waterproof agent can be made integral to the PC panel easily, and waterproof is achieved by the use of a three- layered structure comprising PC panel, waterproof agent, and cast-in-place concrete.
