Thus arranging and combining work of reinforcement bars can be reduced and construction can be performed even in a narrow site.

When the column member 10 is assembled with the floor slab 26 and a grouting material is infected, the air within the recess 22 is pushed out through the clearance 30, the groove 24, the sleeve joints 18, and passages 20, 20 to the outside. Accordingly, the grouting material is filled in respective passages 20, the recess 22, grooves 24, sleeve joints 18, and the clearance 30 and hence the column member 10 is connected to the slab 26 at a sufficient strength.
