    • PURPOSE: To easily execute construction even in a narrow site and to reduce field work and to shorten a construction period by a method wherein a precast concrete column member, wherein a reinforcing bar extends upward, a beam member, and a floor member are combined and a shear reinforcement bar, beam upper end reinforcement bar, and other floor main reinforcement bar are arranged and concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION: A column member 10, wherein the upper ends of column main bars 18 protrude from a column body 16 and the lower ends thereof are inserted into sleeve joints 22, is erected on a floor 30. And a grout material is placed. Next, beam lower end bars are projected from the end surface of a beam main body and each end of beam members 12, in which hoop bars 20 are projected from the beam body, is placed on the adjacent column member 10. And precast floor members 14 are laid across the beam members 12. At the same time, beam lower end bars of the opposed beam members 12 are combined and shear reinforcement bars and beam upper end bars are arranged, following which concrete is placed on column beam joints, beam members 12, and floor members 14. Thus arranging and combining work of reinforcement bars can be reduced and construction can be performed even in a narrow site.

    • PURPOSE: To fill a grounting material in the whole recessed place to connect a column member and a floor slab with a sufficient strength, by connecting the recessed part at the underface of the column member to a sleeve joint through a groove. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sleeve joints 18, 18 connected to the lower and side parts of a column body 12 are installed at the lower part of the column body 12 and respective sleeve joints are positioned to correspond to the column main reinforcements 14, 14 and the lower part thereof is inserted from the upper side. A recessed part 22 is provided to inject a grouting material at the underface of the column body 12. The recessed part 22 is connected to at least one of sleeve joints 18 through at least one groove 24. When the column member 10 is assembled with the floor slab 26 and a grouting material is infected, the air within the recess 22 is pushed out through the clearance 30, the groove 24, the sleeve joints 18, and passages 20, 20 to the outside. Accordingly, the grouting material is filled in respective passages 20, the recess 22, grooves 24, sleeve joints 18, and the clearance 30 and hence the column member 10 is connected to the slab 26 at a sufficient strength.
