At this time, the operation lever 13 is engaged with a lock piece 20 provided on the grip 11 to keep the pulling state, and charge is performed. Since outer diameter of the outer cylinder 16 is gradually enlarged as it goes toward the opening of the seal housing cylinder part 1 and the maximum outer diameter R2 of the rear end is set larger than the inner diameter R1 of the seal housing cylinder part 1, when the water-proof rubber plug 3 is inserted into the seal housing cylinder part 1, the peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 16 is pressure-contacted with the opening edge 1a of the seal housing cylinder 1.

CONSTITUTION:When pressing in a power supply connector 2 is ceased before leading to a perfect fitting of the power supply connector 2 to a vehicle side connector 1, by energizing force of a coil spring 20, the power supply connector 2 is pressed back to a half fitting condition, and in this condition, the power supply side connector is temporarily held by engaging a plunger ball with an engaging recessed part. Consequently, not leading to the perfect fitting condition is recognized by an operator, and the power supply connector 2, since it is temporarily held, is prevented from coming off from the vehicle connector 1.
