    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuous excavation by inserting an excavating work rod having a driving part into a hollow pile by pressing the hollow pile in the ground while rotating it leftward, and restraining revolution of a small gear by adjusting a rotating speed of a synchronous motor when the inside of the hollow pile is excavated by rotating the excavating work rod rightward. SOLUTION: After a hollow pile 6 is pressed by a necessary length in the ground, a screw auger 7 is inserted into the hollow pile 6, and a pile holding cylinder 8 is put on and fitted to an upper end part of the hollow pile 6, and a chuck piece 17 is press-fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the hollow pile 6. In this condition, the hollow pile 6 and a large gear 33 are respectively rotated in the anticlockwise direction, and the screw auger 7 is rotated by a motor of a driving part 13, and a small gear 38 is rotated by a synchronous motor 35, respectively in the clockwise direction. When there is a difference in peripheral velocity between the large gear 33 and the small gear 38, a speed of the synchronous motor 35 is changed, and revolution of the small gear 38 is restrained. Therefore, rotational reaction at inside excavating time of the screw auger 7 is received by the hollow pile 6, and the screw auger 7 can normally continue inner excavation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share an excavation with both an inner shaft and an outer shaft and to reduce the load of both shafts by providing a double shaft constituted of the inner shaft and the outer shaft rotated in opposite directions to each other, providing excavation stirring members protruded in the side direction in many stages at the lower end sections of the inner shaft and the outer shaft, and making the outer diameter of the excavation stirring members provided on the inner shaft smaller than the outer diameter of the stirring members provided on the outer shaft. SOLUTION: A dedicated excavation shaft 10 fitted with excavation stirring blades is constituted of a hollow outer shaft 11 and a hollow inner shaft 12 provided inside it and protruded with a lower end section below the lower end section of the outer shaft 11. A thin tube 13 is closely stuck to the hollow section of the inner shaft 12 below the outer shaft 11, and the thin tube 13 is coupled at an interval with the inner shaft 12 at the portion other than the closely stuck section. Two spiral excavation edges 16, 16 are provided on the outer periphery of the lowermost end of the inner shaft 12, inner shaft side excavation stirring blades 17, 17 expanded upward from the positions directly above them are provided, and outer shaft side excavation stirring blades 18, 18 expanded downward are provided on the periphery of the outer shaft 11. An excavation is shared by both the inner shaft 12 and the outer shaft 11, and the load of both shafts 11, 12 can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To correctly grasp the deflection of an excavating shaft by detecting the position and depth of the excavating shaft supported by a leader mast with sensors, calculating the displacement quantities of the tip of the excavating shaft based on the values, and displaying the results. CONSTITUTION:Displacement positions in the X-axis direction and Y-axis direction are detected by distance detecting sensors S1, S2, S1' S2'. provided on the bracing device 5 of the excavating shaft 3 such as a screw auger lifted or lowered along the guide rail 1a of a leader mast l. The rotation quantity (shift quantity of wire) of a winding winch 10 of a wire 9 suspending a driving device 2 is measured to detect the excavation depth of the excavating shaft 3. The deflection (inclination) of the excavating shaft 3 is calculated by an arithmetic device 7 based on the excavation depth detected value and the bracing position detected value from these two sensors and displayed on display sections 13, 14. Actions such as corrective excavations are taken in response to the results. Accurate detection can be made, and measuring instruments can be protected from vibrations and shocks.
