    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a compacting density of powder by applying ultrasonic vibration of a longitudinal wave to a member having compacting hole and/or a pressurizing rod at the time of compacting powder. SOLUTION: A resonator 3 coaxially connected to the output shaft of a ultrasonic vibrator 2 is supported at both ends on a base 1 of a device main body and is horizontally laid. The resonator 3 is provided with a holder 3a and two boosters 3c coaxially connected to the horizontal direction both ends of a holder 3a. Further, a horn 3a has a vibration transducing part 3d and a hole 3e for compacting formed into a vertical hole at the vertical direction center part of a vibration transducing part 3d. After a powder 13 is filled, by generating ultrasonic vibration to the vibrator 2, the resonator is resonated, the surrounding of the hole 3e for compacting the vibration transducing part 3d is vibrated in the vertical direction along the hole axis and in the orthogonal direction. When the powder 13 is compacted with a pressurizing rod 10 under this state, the pressurizing rod 10 is descended while vibrating, the compacting density is raised.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange an annular joining action body by coaxially combining the joining action body to both of main body dividing elements wherein the joining action body is interposed between a set of butting end surfaces and a set of butting parts is formed with the combination using a screw means. SOLUTION: A non-head screw 7 is connected to the screw hole of one end of a ultrasonic born 2, the fitting projection 2a of the ultrasonic horn 2 is inserted into the through hole 6a of the joining action body 6, thereafter the non-head screw 7 projected from the ultrasonic horn 2 in the side of the joining action body 6 is connected to the screw hole of one end of the ultrasonic born 3, and the joining action body 6 is clamped with a set of butting end surfaces of the ultrasonic horns 2 and 3. Respective boosters 4, 5 are connected to the other side of respective ultrasonic horns 2, 3 with non-head screws 8, 9 in the side of the fitting recessed parts 4a, 5a of respective boosters 4, 5 in the opposite side of the joining action body 6. Under this state, a connection tool is fitted into tool holes 4f, 5f, boosters 4, 5 are mutually rotated in the inverse direction, and respective ultrasonic horns 2, 3 and respective boosters 4, 5 and the joining action body 6 are firmly connected.
