    • PURPOSE:To lubricate a one-way clutch forcibly from a central holder member even when a shaft member is still, by arranging oil holes provided at the central holder member and at a sleeve, and an oil hole provided at the shaft member in the radius direction, opposing each other, and arranging an oil hole in the radius direction also to the inner race of the one-way clutch. CONSTITUTION:At the wall of a central holder member 310 contacting to the bottom surface of a transmission case 300, an oil way 319 is provided, which is linked to a feeding device of lubricant through an oil way 308, and it is linked to an oil hole 315a at a sleeve 315, at the inner side. Then, the lubricant pressured from the lubricant feeding device passes through the oil ways 308 and 309, it is delivered from the oil hole 315a of the sleeve 315 to the clearance between the fourth intermediate shaft 640 and the sleeve 315, and lubricates radial bearings 642 and 643. In this case, a part of the lubricant passes through an oil hole 645 provided at the fourth shaft 640, and is pressed to deliver between the third intermediate shaft 630, and lubricates a one-way clutch 31 forcibly through the oil hole 512 of an inner race 510.

And, in the third epicyclic gear set 130, the output of the first and the second epicyclic gear sets to achieve plural advance and rearward ranges is input, and a deceleration by fixing an element 131, or a deceleration by giving the input to elements 131 and 135 is carried out. In this case, the hub of a clutch 11 housed in a drum at the rear end circumference of the input shaft 240 is linked integrally to the ring gear 115 of the first epicyclic gear set 110. In such a way, the motive power delivery route is rationalized, and the change of gear ratio can be achieved easily.

At the third epicyclic gear set 130, the output from the first and the second epicyclic gear sets 110 and 120, in which plural advance and rearward stages are achieved by plural friction contacting elements, is given as the input, and a deceleration by fixing a sun gear 131, or a deceleration by giving the input to the sun gear 131 and a ring gear 135 is carried out selectively. In such a way, the holding rigidity of each shaft is increased and a smooth operation can be carried out.

The lubricating oil quantity of the oil holes 201b and 201c is determined by the lubricating pressure from the hollow hole 201a and the rotating centrifugal force of the first rotary shaft 201 regardless of the coupling or release of the first clutch 31. When the first clutch 31 is coupled, lubricating oil is fed to the outer diameter side from between the clutch hub 313 and a friction material and a separator, and it is discharged from grooves 312a and 322a formed on the piston coupling face after the first clutch 31 is coupled. Lubricity is improved in this way.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively use the lubricating oil of a planetary gear mechanism and simplify an oil feeding mechanism by linking the hub of a friction engaging element to a carrier on the outer periphery of the planetary gear mechanism and forming an oil passage for allowing lubricating oil pass through on this hub. CONSTITUTION:In a planetary gear mechanisms 22 consisting of a sun gear 221, planetary pinions 224, and a ring gear 222, the planetary pinions 224 are rotatably supported by a carrier 223 and a friction engaging element 53 is provided on the outer periphery thereof with its hub 534 being linked to the carrier 223. Since an oil passage 126 for allowing lubricating oil which lubricated the friction engaging element 53 to pass through is formed on the hub 534, oil which lubricated the planetary gear mechanism 22 passes through the oil passage 126 due to centrifugal force to be sent to the friction engaging element 53. Thus, by effectively using a large quantity of oil used by the planetary gear mechanism, the quantity of oil for lubrication and cooling can be reduced while simplifying an oil feeding mechanism.

    • PURPOSE:To remove an influence by rotation of a shaft by supporting a clutch drum by the shaft, supplying a pressure of oil through an oil path provided in the shaft further supplying the pressure of oil to the clutch drum when the shaft is not in rotation. CONSTITUTION:A clutch is provided with a clutch drum 440 integrally rotated with an input shaft, piston 450 operating a clutch 12 arranged in said drum 440 and a shaft member 600 supporting the internal peripheral part of an inner cylinder 448 of the drum 440. While the clutch is provided with oil paths 600a, b, d formed in the shaft member 600, oil path 448a provided in a cylinder 448 communicating with said oil paths 600a, b, d and oil paths 310a, 315a provided in a fixed member 310 communicating with the oil paths in the shaft member 600. And this shaft member 600, supplying operating oil in the drum 440 through the oil paths, is held in a condition of no-rotation before the clutch is engaged. Further the clutch 12 controls a speed change shift in cooperation with a friction engaging element 22, being further with it alternately engaged and disengaged.
