    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce a unit printed paper sheet that has no margins in the front part and the rear part under the transfer of the continuous printing paper. SOLUTION: A front part and a rear part rotary cutters 2, 3 are arranged in parallel on continuous printing paper 1 on which multiple unit print A is made through a margin B at almost equal intervals as a transfer size L1 of the unit print A. A transfer quantity L3 of the continuous printing paper 1 during both rotary cutters 2, 3 make one turn, is set on the transfer quantity of the transfer direction size L1 of the unit print A to which the transfer direction size L2 of the front part margin B is added. By this transfer, the front part margin B of the forward unit print A of the continuous printing paper 1 is protruded forward from the cutting line of the front part rotary cutter 2. Then, the front margin B is cut along the forward edge of the forward unit print A by the front part rotary cutter 2 and is removed. Almost at the same time, the latter margin B is cut along the rear edge of the forward unit print A by the rear part rotary cutter 3, to obtain a unit print paper sheet A' that has no margin B in the front part and the rear part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve effectively a curling phenomenon in a conventional manner, and a phenomenon causing data sheets to be irregular, and also a phenomenon causing a protection film to be dislocated in position by adhering correctly a protection film bound in an identification leaflet on the personal data-recorded surface of a data sheet, and arranging the whole of the leaflet flat. SOLUTION: There are provided with a heat press disk 12 and pressure receiving disk 13 disposed oppositely up-and-down, an upper belt 14 and lower belt 15 extending between the opposite surfaces of the heat press disk 12 and the pressure receiving disk 13, transportation means for transporting intermittently an identification leaflet 11 in a manner allowing it to be interposed between the upper and lower belt 14, 15, in order to heat the upper and lower belts 14, 15 and the leaflet 11 interposed between the upper and lower belts 14, 15 in a press-held state together between the opposite surfaces of the heat press disk 12 and the pressure receiving disk 13 at the stop of transportation of the leaflet 11 by the transportation means, so that a protection film bound in the leaflet 11 is heat-adhered on the recording surface of a personal data of the leaflet 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly draw out a loaded block to the underside of a cutting means without dislocation by advancing grippers from the outlet side of a cutting means to the inlet side, clamping the front end of the loaded block with the grippers, and reteating them so that the cutting part position is positioned between an upper cutting blade and a lower cutting blade. SOLUTION: The space between an upper cutting blade 3 and a lower cutting blade 4 is made into a state of allowing passing of grippers 7, the grippers 7 are advanced from the outlet side of a cutting means to the inlet side through between the upper blade 3 and the lower blade 4, and the front end of a loaded block 9 existing on the inlet side is clamped with the grippers. Next the clamped loaded block 9 is drawn from the inlet side to the outlet side through between the upper blade 3 and the lower blade 4, and after positioning the cutting part position of the loaded block 9 on the cutting position between the upper blade 3 and the lower blade 4, the loaded block 9 is released. Hereafter, a movable frame 2 is elevated by a cylinder 6 so as to elevate the lower blade 4 up to a fixed cutting level, and then the upper blade 3 is brought down so as to cut the loaded block 9.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus, which can appropriately adapt an apparatus composed of an impression cylinder and a form cylinder to sheets such as bills, security paper and the like, appropriately print a number or numbers on ends of the sheet, and can accommodate sheets of different sizes by exchange of a porous sheet. SOLUTION: In a printing apparatus formed by an impression cylinder 1 and a form cylinder 2 or a form belt, a porous sheet 3 having a multiplicity of suction holes 4 is detachably mounted over a peripheral surface of the impression cylinder 1, and a multiplicity of suction holes 6 are provided on the impression cylinder 1 to be opened at that peripheral surface thereof which is covered by the porous sheet 3, to communicate with the suction holes, 4 whereby a printing sheet 5 is attracted to a surface of the porous sheet 3 to permit the impression cylinder 1 to perform printing.
