The first screw 15 is formed at a main shaft 19 fixed to the inner surface of the manipulating member 3. The second screw 16 is formed at the peripheral surface of an upper boss 10 of the printing unit 2. An adjusting dial 14 is disposed between the main body 17 of the differential screw and the fixed frame 1. Moreover, a spring 28 of a compression coil is provided between the adjusting dial 14 and the manipulating member 3.

CONSTITUTION:A chuck member 3 comprises a stationary block 4 in a form of V, a movable pressing block 5 and a pressing spring 6. In addition, an axis X, an axis Y and an axis Z feeding means 10, 11 and 12 operating a cutting blade 2 are provided, and a curving machine 9 driving rotatably the cutting blade 2 is fixed on a Y axis table 20. Then, the contour of figures to be formed on the engraving surface 7 of a material for seals 1 is set up in such a way that the working radius of the cutting blade 2 is minimum for engraving. In the second place, when the unfigured section is formed, the working radius and moving space of the cutting blade 2 are made greater than those required for engraving the figured section. This constitution thereby enables a seal to be formed individually and speedily with high quality provided.

    • PURPOSE:To enable ink to easily spread on a surface and enhance the transferrability of the ink onto the surface of paper, by specifying the rubber hardness of a non-porous rubber base layer and thicknesses of a porous rubber coat layer laminated thereon and a stamping part. CONSTITUTION:The total height H of a rubber stamp body 2 at a stamping part 5 is set to be 2.0-3.0mm, the average thickness of a rubber coat layer 4 is set to be 0.14n0.35mm, and the hardness of a rubber base layer 3 is set to be 55-65 deg.. Even where the area of the stamp body 2 is large, favorable adhesion to the surface of a paper can be secured by the appropriate elasticity and thickness of the rubber base layer 3. Since the upper limit of the thickness of the rubber coat layer 4 is restricted to 0.35mm, excessive compressive deformations of the layer 4 can be sufficiently prevented without needing stopper means, even where the area of the stamp body 2 is small. Since the average thickness of the rubber coat layer 4 is 0.1-0.35mm while the total height H of the rubber stamp body 2 at the stamping part 5 is 2.0-3.0mm, the entire part of the projected stamping part 5 is not made porous, and also in view of this, excessive compressive deformations of the stamping part 5 can be prevented, thereby ensuring a sharp impression.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a rubber stamper having improved transferring performance of ink for papers and also having a cross sectional structure integrated with a thin porous rubber covering layer on the surface of a non-porous rubber base layer. CONSTITUTION:A densed non-expansible cloth 14 is bonded to the back side of a sheeted unvulcanized first rubber material 3a, and the rubber material 3a is put in molds and molded with vulcanization, preferably semi-vulcanization to obtain the primary molding 3a having a given relief on its surface. The second rubber material 4a containing a soluble substance 12 and a solvent is uniformly coated on the surface, dried properly by removing the solvent, and put in molds of the same shape as those for the primary molding. Both the rubber materials 3a and 4a are molded with complete vulcanization to obtain the secondary molding 13, and the molding 13 is dipped in an adequate solvent to dissolve and remove the soluble substance 12 present in the vulcanized second rubber material 4a.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a sharp impression to be obtained even where a stamp image is small, by intermediately providing a hard intermediate rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate rubber layer 6 having a rubber hardness of not lower than 80 deg. is integrally laminated on the surface of a non-porous rubber base layer 2 having a rubber hardness of 45-70 deg.C, and a porous rubber covering layer 3 is integrally laminated thereon, resulting in a cross-sectional construction wherein a stamping surface 1 is constituted of the rubber covering layer 3. The hard intermediate rubber layer 6 sufficiently prevents the rubber covering layer 3 from being excessively deformed under compression at the time of stamping, and does not hinder the intrinsic function of the rubber base layer 2. Accordingly, even where the stamp image is small, it is unnecessary to make the rubber covering layer 3 extremely thin as in a conventional case, and a sharp impression can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber stamp such as one for New Year's cards which is excellent in adhesion of an ink to a stamp surface, by a method wherein a plate form rubber stamp blank material provided with a rugged pattern on a surface thereof is molded by a metallic mold, thereafter projected surfaces of the blank material are efficiently roughened by blasting a particulate material against the surface of the blank material. CONSTITUTION:After a plate form rubber stamp blank material 1 provided with a rugged pattern on the surface thereof is molded by a metallic mold, particulate material 4 (e.g., sand grains, iron particles) is blasted against the surface of the blank material 1, so that the projected surfaces 2 are converted into roughened surfaces having minute ruggedness, and a rubber stamp excellent in adhesion of an ink is produced. The particulate material 4 is preferably blasted, for example, from the ejecting pipe 3 of a sand blasting machine in the form of a jet by using compressed air. EFFECT:Since the projected surfaces 2 brought into direct contact with a paper surface are minutely roughened, the ink is prevented from being repelled in the form of spherical particles due to surface tension.

      SOLUTION: The penetration seal includes a main case 1, a printing unit 2, and an ink cartridge 3. The printing unit 2 includes a printing case 9 having an ink cartridge loading hole 15, an ink absorber 10, and a rubber printing body 11. The ink cartridge 3 includes a tank body 22, a tank cap 23, and an elastic part 25 elongated/shrunk in an upper and lower direction. Thus, in a state where the ink cartridge 3 is inserted into the loading hole 15, the tank cap 23 is pressed to the ink absorber 10 by the deformation stress of the elastically deformed elastic part 25.
